Matt is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered and he will never realize maybe he's the problem or ever take accountability as a man. I signed contract and paid in full like an idiot back in May. I'm still waiting for the fence to be completed. From day one his workers were doing things incorrectly and my husband had to stop them from digging holes in the wrong areas. I insisted from that point on to have a "lead" or "foreman" on the job to ensure things were done properly and was told several times my fence was easy to build and everything would go fine and even if it didn't he would tear it all down and start all over again. It wasn't until an entire line of fence was put up incorrectly that he finally honored my wishes of having someone here to provide proper guidance. Only to have him blame my hubby for instructing his guys to build the fence the way they built it in a late night texting argument between him and myself. He didn't outright accuse me of being disrespectful but he did make a comment about how I had something against his hispanic workers. This was never the case at all they just clearly had never built a fence like the one I bought before and I had made that clear from the very beginning and told him his men needed someone guiding them along the way. Over 1000 feet of fence was being put up and no string was being used to help guide the height of the posts causing everything to be uneven across the top of the fence, yet that was my fault not the business owners. Once he had sent a lead guy out here MAJOR KUDOS TO ALEX things were finally being done correctly and to our liking. Now it seems however that I am being put on the back burner once again and things are so close to being finished. There has not been a single full week or full days work done until Alex showed up last week for two full days only to be told to stop because I was "changing" things. Only nothing was being changed, it was being fixed but Matt refused to accept that maybe his employees actually did need the guidance I was asking for. I understand rain stops projects but some days the rain was happening at a light level at 6am in his area so all work got called off for the entire day even though it was dry and sunshine by 9am. Equipment breaking light rain and heat stalled work constantly for few days to several days even though the contract states rain delays by one day for each day it rains. It's very vague (probably on purpose) so any amount of rainfall I guess delays things but nowhere does it say a hot day or equipment breaking is the customers fault. I completely understand equipment breaking but there are several places to rent around town and instead things were stopped for a few days while it got fixed. Promises made but always broken. I have a lawyer on stand by and have also contacted the news about my issues because these reviews show I don't seem to be alone in my grievances but I'm hoping maybe this poor review will get Matt to do the right thing to complete my expensive job.

My mailbox was on a wooden post that was failing and had been hit by a truck so the red flag didn't work anymore and the door to the mailbox was dented pretty bad. It was ugly. It was also leaning towards the street and I'm sure it would just fall over in the next high winds. My new mailbox was installed on a sturdy metal post and looks absolutely amazing! I'm going to buy some reflective numbers to put on there and it will be perfect. Highly recommend him! He was professional, courteous and prompt. We just had our deck done by deck bros. Not a good experience took a month longer to get started…read morethan planned, was told it would take 3 days, it took 3 weeks. They messed up where the stairs landed and had to add more concrete. But that on them not me, I had them do a pattern on the stairs was told there would be an extra cost, we asked how much our project manager said he doesn't know but not much, finally done with the deck, they made wedges on the outside because they bad cuts on the composite wood while installing the railing again not my fault. But once it's good enough because I'm over and don't want to deal with it, I have an office lady call me the other day last week asking me to hurry up and sign the papers saying the job was complete, I'm like sure yea jobs done get paid get out of my hair this has been bad from the get go I just want to enjoy my new deck, today I get a call from the finance company telling me I authorized an extra $10,000 dollars on the deck, um excuse me? You just increased the price by 35% and didn't give me a dollar ammount, I'm sorry we are a middle class household 10,000 grand is a lot, while the project manager apparently thinks it's a drop in the hat. They are kinda deceiving, talk a really good game, but didn't deliver and I got screwed in the end 10 freaking grand. 10 grand could have gotten me an entire new driveway, 10 grand could replace every window in my house. 10 grand I could refloor my whole house. I do not recomend.
