Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror! Not too sure if she was new, or someone that doesn't normally give facials, but I would not recommend her for someone to receive one.

She refused to provide one, which I found very strange. She then disappeared for a while, and almost half of my massage time was wasted. She kept telling me that she felt I wasn't comfortable and that she wanted to find another solution for me. I finally told her that I couldn't keep waiting and asked her to just start the massage. By that point, half of the session was already gone, and the massage itself was not good. It felt like she wasn't really putting effort into it. This massage was a birthday gift, and unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it at all. I also wasn't able to take a shower afterward as I had planned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the massage therapist.

The stylist was very nice but unfortunately I am not happy at all with the haircut. the layers are very choppy and the "face framing" is just the large front section of my hair cut an inch and a half shorter than the rest with minimal blending into the rest of the length. There's even a section cut so short it looks like I have a patch missing (see photos). I called for a refund and offered photos but the customer service manager said per their policy, they don't refund. This isn't stated clearly on the booking site however it is in their FAQ section so just wanted to post the review to make others aware of the policy to avoid the frustration i'm feeling. She offered to book me an apt with someone else to fix it as part of their "satisfaction guarantee" but this was my first time there and if this was the work of one of their senior employees, then I'm not inclined to trust them again.
