Waited a hour for AAA to tell me some one was on their way but it would be another hour and 10 minutes before they could get there. had a 1 and a half year old with us and i have a broken leg... what a bunch of crap... SO I Called "need a tow" Ernie Williams came out in ten minutes and voila!!! we are unlocked and on our way. He's the best. So amazing that I couldn't believe it was so fast. The owner, Ernest, tried to rip me off. One of my delivery vans was stuck in the sand on a dirt road less than one mile from his location. It took 5 seconds to pull the van out of the sand. He tried to charge me $250. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I had to haggle him down to $150, which is still unbelievably high for a winch out of the sand. He must have seen dollar signs on our company van. Unethical business practices! Beware! read more
