This location is one of the smaller, cozier, user-friendly Citizens Bank. No, the hours aren't the greatest, but it's the convenience that counts. Being that I travel Route 109 regularly, there isn't a Citizens in Millis, Medway or even Milford (suggestion for Citizens Bank: for crying out loud, add another one of your banks along this Route!), so Medfield is the regular stop. Also, no, it doesn't have a drive thru. I love drive thru's, but when it comes to banking, it's not too big of a deal to go inside. Here, my only issue is during peak hours and there is no on street parking. I'd prefer to park in the lot (like everyone else in the world....) but I don't believe there is a back entrance, and walking around the entire lot is a real pain in the neck. Otherwise, constant great service. From the ladies always working at the counter, to the great air conditioning, to even having dog treats and lollipops, the Medfield location is definitely friendly to their customers and keeps the Medfield location very organized. I continue to come to this location, and definitely suggest it. Plus, it's the only one in the area, so make sure to either go before they close, or go to one of the other branches far far away. 4 stars for the Medfield Citizens.

If you go to the intersection, you have to wait there, take a left, go to the next light and take another left to get on a street that will bring you to the lot. And I keep a pretty good balance in there so I never have a problem in case there are fees. My online banking is effortless and easy to use. I pay all bills out of this account and I love it. Every time I go to the Bank Of America In Medway there are great people who quickly and expertly assist me. My one drawback? I don't live in Medway and the location is in a strip mall that is not the easiest to get to. I would respectfully suggest that they move to Mills. Into the old location where Middlesex Savings Bank was. This location is right off Route 109 and doesn't have a 1/4th of the traffic and congestion of the Medway location.

My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.
