The only thing is they stuck us in a corner with other people's painted pottery so it felt like they were just throwing us somewhere. My biggest issue was the fact it was $60 for 2 mugs that we painted ourselves. I understand they have to bake it. But $60 for 2 mugs really just feels extremely steep. I could see $40-$45 at the most. Especially since I picked the most basic standard coffee mug. The dinosaur mug I can see being a little bit more because it's not just a standard mug. The paints were also majority empty. I kept having to find one that wasn't empty.

The folks who work here are some of the most enthusiastic knitters I have ever met, and all of them are extremely knowledgeable about everything from felting to finishing to the best ways to wind yarn so that it won't get all tangled before you've even begun your project. They'll even wind your skeins for you, right in the shop. The store also offers A TON in the way of classes, knit nights and even a retreat this December. There are several vendors selling their wares here and although they are not each marked w/name, etc., of the party making them, the staff know who sells what so just ask if you are looking for something/someone specific. Located in the strip mall near the Olde Theater Diner there is plenty of parking. On my visit they had a number of seasonal items out on the covered walkway to check out before you enter. Once inside, there are three 'store fronts' or rooms to this business. The cashier was working on some paperwork when we arrived and greeted up with a friendly 'hello'. I started on the far right and wandered my way to the far left. There are plenty of those wooden signs you can hang around your house or garden with some very funny quotes, floor shelves, bird houses and feeders (so cute), lots of candles, jewelry, rugs, all sorts of home decor. I went in looking for a bat box but they were sold out so I'll pop in again in the Spring. (Bats eat those pesky mosquitoes and I'm all for that!)
