It was the Trustee, and not Neeleman, who I've had difficulty with. I ran into severe frustration with the payment software format linked to Michael Fitzgerald, and Emilee (Neeleman Law Group) quickly came to my rescue to alleviate my troubles. Thomas is a great man and a great Attorney. He filed BK on the State of Washington Dept of LNI and won, YAAA HOOOOO. When 7 other Attorneys said we could not go BK on the State. Thomas did it and kicked the States but. He has done some other work for our family and extended family and gets a great result. I have used other Attorneys but they all ways wanted a large retainer and said I would be getting money back but I never have seen it. I really like Thomas and his family employees. it's actually taken me several years to form this opinion. it's been 3 years and I'm still learning new things I didn't understand about my case. I felt very confused and frankly railroaded like I was a dumbass for not understanding his legal-eese at our Indian meeting, which is my fault for proceeding without fully understanding, but I thought I was in "good hands". Mr. Neeleman was very unhelpful in my opinion. My wife and I had never filed a bankruptcy before and had no idea of how the process worked. We were ill advised of our legal options and it ended up costing us a property we owned. Then to top it off after all of our ch. 13 payments were completed, one of the creditors filed a grievance against us for a not keeping insurance on a vehicle. Even though we provided proof of uninterrupted insurance though out the bankruptcy. The law office did nothing to get our case dismissed. Putting it off and delaying the process until we had to cause a problem. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone I called friend. Especially if your not familiar with the process. read more
