As a military family, we were highly recommended to Neese Automotive, but our experience has been absolutely terrible. We were initially quoted one price for a vehicle repair, but when it came time to pay, we were completely overcharged. To make matters worse, they handed our vehicle back to us fully knowing it was still broken. Unsurprisingly, it has already broken down again and still has the exact same issues. They charged us a premium for a fix they didn't even complete, and they have done absolutely nothing to make it right. Save your time and money--do not trust this shop. read more

It took them 4 months to change the battery in my diesel and change the computer. They handed the truck back to me with bad glow plugs and either a bad pulley or belt (I haven't investigated yet). The truck has issues it didn't have when I dropped it off. When I asked them why, they just gave me a blank stare. I judge them to be incompetent and bad business. read more

Very disappointed in this company! We brought our vehicle there and trusted them to fix it. After 1.5 years our truck broke down in the middle of the freeway because this company incorrectly installed parts on a timing chain repair. They not only refused to resolve the matter but we're rude to both us and the ford certified mechanics diagnosing the problem. We were met with disrespectful language and they bluntly hung up on us multiple times. They also advertise a warranty on their website but be aware that it does not cover a large amount of repairs. This place will break your car, the owner "SHE" lies. They will try and damage your car to make more business for themselves...They claim 90 years exp. but add coolant to an already filled properly coolant tank till it bursts out of the seams all over your engine bay and claim that I was low on coolant, bullshit!!..The owner is a very Miserable person behind her FAKE smile, very rude as well, .. I dropped my car off and mentioned that I am going out of state and when would they think it would be ready, I was told by late afternoon or the next day. They called and said car would be ready before closing, great, so I thought. Upon arrival I went over the billing invoice and read through all of there pricing...$400 to remove and replace a part that I sourced myself..(high price) charged $15 in shop supplies with a separate $5.99 fee for brake cleaner which should be included in the $15 shop fee , $18.99 for coolant, after seeing that charge I got suspicious because my coolant level at time of drop off was exactly at the cold fill line and it is a sealed system and I had zero coolant leaks, so I questioned Eric about why this coolant charge, he says your car was low on coolant, impossible I said. He says I needed almost a gallon of coolant (LIES). After driving my car home and opening the hood I found coolant on my air intake filter housing, coolant spray all over the engine bay and coolant reservoir was swelled up and so hot with coolant seeping out of the seems of the tank. I let the car cool down for a few hours so i could check the coolant level in the reservoir when cold. Low and behold the coolant was filled to the very top of the reservoir which even a novice mechanic and a person with some automotive knowledge knows it should only be filled to the cold fill line. I went and got my fluid extractor that I normally use to change my own oil when I have time and siphoned a gallon of coolant out of the reservoir and now the level was exactly at the proper level (cold fill line). I firmly believe that they were trying to sabotage my engine and cooling system by OVERFILLING my coolant reservoir. As most people know this can have catastrophic results. I do NOT recommend this place by any means. I know a lot of older peeps, family and co- workers that are always looking for an honest shop to take their vehicle to. Do Not Take your vehicle here...I also own 2 other vehicles that will never set foot inside your garage. High priced, petty charges on the repair invoice and charging for things you may have not asked them to do. I did NOT ask you to add coolant to my car. Get this my windshield fluid washer reservoir was very low (almost none) when I dropped off the car. THEY DID NOT FILL THAT! To top it off they left my "CHERRY" engine bay dirty which was extremely clean upon drop-off, the car has never had any type of engine work done before, the only under the hood work that has ever been done to it was oil changes. They will attempt to break your car and cause catastrophic damages to it, in order to line their pockets from your broken car, wonder how many others they did this to. read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible. We were on vacation from texas & brought our truck to them because our exhaust filter was clogged and needed a manual regen. Charged us almost $500 to hook a scanner to it & tell us they couldn't fix it but needed to order a part for $4300 that might not even fix the issue LMAO. & if that part didn't fix it they'd order another one for another $2000 with no guarantee any of this would fix it. They knew we had to leave in a couple days & just wanted to rack up a bill & screw us as much as possible because of our urgency to get home. Jackhole... I mean Hackie tried to tell me "well we have to pay our guys" & "we read the codes for you" even though we told them the issue & codes before hand... so $500 to hook a scanner to it? Amazing. You have lost your damn mind. Hackie needs some lessons in customer service cuz she sucks ass. read more

TLDR; Neese held my vehicle for 5 days for -only- doing the most basic scan of the ECU and PCM that you can run for free at a Autozone or with your own OBDII. They wanted to charge me $620 to change spark plugs and gaskets, which is absolutely ridiculous. Didn't address main issue + poor customer communication. I dropped my car off and told them the exact code and issue I was having with my car and would like a diagnosis of the issue. I was told that they were a bit backed up and would give me a call the next day. I had to call them to receive updates every day at 4 pm because they hadn't called me to provide any information on a simple diagnostic. Had they actually done any REAL work I wouldn't have minded waiting for them to identify the problem, but the extent of their work over a 5 day period was to run their scanning software. Imagine you're at a restaurant and are told that your table will be ready in an hour. You check back in after a little over an hour and are told it will be another hour. After hearing that a few times, you'll likely decide to eat somewhere else. After finally speaking with them on and getting their 'diagnosis', Neese wanted to charge me $620 to change out the spark plugs and gaskets (highway robbery at that price) and then look into further issues to identify the original issue I brought my car in for... Picture taking your car in for an engine problem and after five days you're told that the tires are going bald and will need new ones and that after you do that they will look at the engine. That's what happened here. I declined to do service on the spark plugs and was also informed that my fuel rail pressure was low, I asked for the actual reading and they didn't have that information because they hadn't even pulled out a wrench to diagnose my problem that I brought my car in for in the first place. Now, I'm all for an up sale tactic since I run my own small business so I don't mind that Neese tried to sell me on spark plugs. They probably do need to be changed, however, that's not why I brought my car in and you don't set that as the threshold to investigate. I show up to pick up the car and pay the $89 diagnostic fee. This is when I realize that they suggest the spark plugs off a misfire code and not inspecting them, further proving my point that after 5 days zero work had been done to resolve my vehicle issue. I'd steer clear of this business for the following reasons: -Poor customer communication -Didn't address specific customer needs -Overpriced labor locally and nationally -Appearence of misleading information Now, if you've made it this far in my review I'll admittedly say that in no way am I an expert or pretend to be. I concede that their knowledge and judgement far outweighs mine, but how they went about handling me as a customer and not addressing my particular issues when I clearly explained what I wanted when I dropped the keys off led to a shit show. I really wanted to like this place because of its proximity to my home and the fact that it's a family owned and operated business. Those two things brought me in and wanted to give them my business. My advise is to steer clear or proceed with caution and be ready to ask questions, I wouldn't blindly trust this company with your hard earned money. read more

I had a great experience getting my truck suspension repaired at Neese. I made an appointment about a week ahead. They understood that I would have to wait at the shop, as I could not drop it off. They communicated up front that there was a charge for diagnosing the problem, which is fair. They got to work immediately, found the problem, told me what the cost would be, and made the repairs. The waiting room lobby was clean, comfortable and COVID safe. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Neese. I wish all automotive shops were this good! read more

I brought my truck in for a transmission leak. After a few days they called and said leak was fixed. I drove truck 30 miles and checked for tyranny leaks. Took back to Neese and they said it was new leak and it would be additional money to fix. I told Neese it wasn't new it was same leak. Neese told me find somewhere else to fix. Took truck to Global Transmission and they fixed original leak in an hour. Stay away from this place. They are dishonest and there credibility stinks. They were fixed my Mini Cooper S 2 months ago. They charged me 1278 dollars and did not fix my car well. After they fix my car,my car still performs like before. Then I let a professional BMW engineer test my car and he said the Neese Automotive replaced the part of my car which one no problem. OMG. They even do not know how to fix a car. I already complained on BBB. If they do not refund some money I will sue them. I have all evidence and the BMW engineer as a witness. My employer and colleagues are support me to complaint them. Overpriced work first of all, second they give fake estimates, trying to trick to spend more money there. I took the car to other mechanics, and did not give me the faults as they did here. They said I had a bad component that will cost almost $2000, but the other mechanics told me that there is nothing wrong with the component, they were trying to charge me an extra $2000 for no reason. They did a great job on the car. Their communication was excellent. I dropped off the car Tuesday night and was able to pick it up Thursday morning. Their estimate was up front before the work was done. I had a new rotor, caliper and break line put on and three other rotors turned, new pads on all four. 2 year warranty on the brakes, lifetime on the pads, and they gave me a free year of roadside assistance. Absolutely do not take your vehicle here. If its there now take it or get it towed somewhere else! TLDR: Literally 0/3 on repairs. Every time I've gone to them it has been mucked up. Pricing is at best as much as a dealership, probably more. Their building and shop look nice and seem professional but don't be mislead. Please do not give them any of your money. I've had so many problems with this company so its going to be a long review. First, took my wife's car there to get the air conditioner serviced. Its an old car 2004 Toyota corolla. The cost of the repair was almost as much as the car was worth. The called me after wasting time and discovered that the leak in the system was on the inside of the car behind the dash. Taking the dash apart was going to cost more money in time. Understandably, but it was ridiculous. It took about a week as well to get it take care of. When I got the car back, it starting leaking R-134 onto the floorboard of my wife's car. And on top of all that, during the original repair they broke the defrost button. So I take it back in. The obviously can't deny that something was wrong with it. They call us back and say that they button being broke wasn't really their fault and it wasn't really our fault so they will replace it but we have to buy the part. It was absolutely their fault it worked before they took the dash apart. But we paid for the part like 60 bucks. They gave us a target gift card for 25 and a note, apologizing for the trouble. I wasn't too pleased but it was a nice gesture so I gave them another chance. Next, my I have my truck taken there after it started leaking coolant. They repaired it. No issues or so I thought... After this I was planning on getting new wheels and tires for my truck. I took the opportunity to get a small inch body lift added. I scheduled ahead of time multiple days in advance to get my truck serviced on that day. I purchased the wheels and tires online. I dropped the truck off as soon as they opened. the entire day goes by and I hear nothing. I called to enquire, they girl who answered the phone told me first thing tomorrow morning. I was leaving town the next day, so I explained that I would have to leave it at their shop until I got back. We get back into town a week later and are in my wife's car. Our only vehicle now breaks down. When the shops opens up, we call in, I'm expecting my truck will be done, and we can pick it up and drop her car off. 9 days later and my trucks still isn't done. I realized then that I should have never told them I couldn't pick it up. They hadn't touched it. After another entire day. We get the car back the next morning. The shops makes it seem like they did us a favor by getting a relatively simple repair completed during an entire workday. I don't say anything, again pay handsomely for the repair and drop the truck off. This time remind them that I had scheduled to have it done 10 days ago. I specifically ask if it will be done that day. The receptionist say "if its not done by today, then first thing in the morning." She straight up lied to me. Of course the day goes by an no call. By the next day at lunch still not call so I call them back. Once again more dishonest communication. It took another two days of me calling and asking when my vehicle done before they did. By now I'm losing my mind... I call the shop and they screen my phone calls. I'm pissed, I decide I'll wait 10 mins before I drive down there(in a borrowed vehicle) and blow a gasket. She calls my back while I'm on my way to the shop. They still hadn't given me a final price. Says they once they pull it off the lift they will get the total. I wait another 45 mins before I finally drive over and still was in the shop. They pull it around finally while I'm in the office arguing with the owner. When I walk in the door, she tactically says out loud to the office employee to take 100 off for the inconvenience. The whole thing still cost me 800+ dollars. I'm a pretty calm guy so I made a reasonable claim that since they hadn't held to their timeline they cost me a lot more money in my time than that! She had the audacity to point to a sign that says "no same day service" I told her it wasn't same day I called two days before hand and asked when would be a good time the office worker suggested the time I bought it in. Not 3 months since they "fixed" the coolant leak on my truck. I'm across the country and sure enough all the coolant has leaked out my truck. The Technet warranty is essentially a a mechanic mafia, don't trust they they will warranty faulty parts or repairs. I had to fight them tooth and nail just to fix something that should have been taken care with no questions asked. read more

Jackie scheduled me up to have the A/C checked out on my 16-year-old van. Turns out they had replace the compressor 7 years before, but that wasn't the problem. They vacuumed the sty stem down, found the small leak at the high side service port. Because they had the part in stock, I was on my way within 2 hours.
