This place has good ice cream. But the owner is a douche bag. They don't put the air conditioning on and it smells like a sweaty gym. Even the employees are sweating making the ice cream (hope their sweat doesn't fall into the ice cream). Also there is a minimum of $15 on what you can charge on a credit card. Even when you order 2 orders it comes out to be $14. I really don't care for the customer service. I just heard people coming in saying that the place is dirty. The only reason I come is for my kids and wife. They like the ice cream. read more

It was my first time taking my grandkids, they kept talking about all their friends saying how good it was. I gave a 4 cuz since we were new we were try asking how it works. Rude fucking employees rude fucking manager if you don't like your job find a new one!!! I came in twice to check if mine and my families order was ready came in a third time and it was melted because they put it in their fridge and didn't even check if my order was actually ready those first two times I came in after that I asked them to remake it because when I finally got my order it was melted almost 75 percent they did remake it but with attitude they messed up my order three times , twice I got a melted icecream and on one I was missing a icecream and they expected me to wait so they could serve everyone else infront of me when it's not my fault you didn't make my icecream and expected me to eat melted icecream I should be first then the people after me you messed up three times and still expect me to not be upset then when I asked to be served first because it wasn't fair you proceeded to be rude I asked to speak to a manager the manager was rude and proceeded to tell me they called us five times when I told him they hadn't I was standing in the door and never called my order once and I kept making sure because I didn't want a melted icecream.. he looked at me and felt stupid, then he proceeded to be extremely rude trying to be right what kind of manager are you just cause your in a higher job position doesn't make you a fucking better person then anyone he also proceeded to throw the fucking pen at me when he asked me to sign my receipt a rudely manner when I had to pay for another fucking icecream I asked for twice to the cashier and wasn't charged for I ask myself would they keep a melted icecream in my situation or buy again from a place where In my life have I ever been so angry from someone's horrible attitude -8c please better your business get mature adult managers and mature adults employees then these fucking kids excuse my French but I'm completely so upset on how horrible the service is here and how rudely I was treated and unprofessional these employees are my blood has never boiled and I experienced it today ! I tried the #1 with strawberry syrup and it was incredible. Very flavorful and still light. Good combo. The people there are very friendly. There were two people working the ice cream and one guy chopping fruit in the back. The only challenge is the wait. I went at 330pm on a Tuesday which is slow time and only three orders in front of me and it took 26 minutes from order to getting two my two creams. That's a long time. The worst customer service ever. You would think with their popularity they would have better service, but they don't. The store hours state that they close at 11:00 PM during the week, I was there 15 mins prior to closing time and was scolded at by an employee saying they were closed.
