I live in the Windsor gardens they had towed my husband car multie times for no reasoning. because we get home about 12:15am as he work evenings by the time we get home there's no parking but yet they do t bother on towing cars that don't belong here and have to resident sticker... we wake up and the vehicle is gone now we have to wait until after 8am because the office it's close and they still don't take credit cards what in the world is that I have severe health problems to be walking up the street and stressing for this bs they need to be more professional when you go there is not our problem your money hungry read more

Make sure that if this company tows your car, you bring exact cash otherwise they will not give your change back to you. They are cash only, so I had to walk to Walgreens to get cash out of the ATM, took $20s out and the woman at the front desk did not have enough change to give back to me. I questioned the legitimacy of this business to her and told her she needed to figure out how to get my change because it was unacceptable and unprofessional that a cash only ran business does not have change for their customers. She wanted me to walk back to Walgreens and ask their cashier for more change. When I said I would not be doing that, she needed to figure this out, she raised her voice and said "well I don't have it so I don't know what you want me to do!" To the driver who towed my car from my apartment parking lot in the middle of the night, twice this month, get a life. I hope all your 4th of July hot dogs are rubbery and cold. I'm 8 months pregnant and have a 1 year old. My car had a car seat inside and you still towed it from my apartment because the sticker was peeling and then came back a few weeks later because I taped the sticker and didn't know that was against the rules. it's a stupid rule!! The numbers were visible both times, and the tape on the sticker was not obvious at all, so I know you remembered my car and went out of your way with a flashlight in the middle of the night to check my sticker. I called in regards to an illegal towing they preformed and the woman who answered the phone was extremely nasty and rude throughout the entire exchange. Absolutely the worst towing company in the area. They towed my vehicle for a "trespass tow" from a property even though my building approved it on a guest pass. They claimed the building called them after midnight but no one is here at that time of night to do so. They also refused to return the car until they got the approval from the building. I'm really hoping they damaged it. I'm also filing a complaint with the Department of Public Utilities. read more

My car was towed away from an accident scene and when I called to pick it up a few days later I was helped out by a very nice gentleman, Matt. Not rude at all, and turned out to be very helpful. You have to know that they take cash only, and that their billing is on 24 hr cycle. Reading these reviews I knew that and was prepared. Picked up my car and was off. after reading all these horrific reviews about predators and towing whatever they feel like. tjey also do not posses the knowledge or skills to safely tow a hybrid. literally 2 days ago bought another new car brand new hybrid and went to leasing office to register it for parking, wake up this morning to go to work only to be like where's my car at. looked on the app and seen it was at this horrid place. the person of the house when I called was utterly useless and unknowledgeable about towing or how to tow a hybrid. also just wanted to know why out of all the 200 cars parked before mine and at a quick glance I took pictures of eight of them without valid parking passes or anything, why was mine towed, all I got was a little chuckle. that was all I needed to hear to know that this and I hate to say company, we'll just say towing crooks and predators and scammers. if this company ever goes your car pay the bill then call your bank to dispute the charge right away and contact a good lawyer to sue them for predatory towing and scamming and not using even the proper equipment to tow your car. from what I've been reading they damage damn near everything they touch. this place needs to be put out of business and do society a favor. I'll update this further once I go down there and get my car and have signed proof that they not only predatory picked my car, but also used the wrong type of tow truck. pass this over to my lawyer to file suit plus any other damages like paint or body scratches that they caused. so to close if you ever need a tow truck use anyone but this company even if the wait is longer, stop giving these crooks more business and as for their police contract the police should terminate their contract with them as a favor to society. Extremely rude, predatory tow service. No signs or other warnings in lots where they have contracted. Be warned, this company targets well kept vehicles (Illegally parked run down car w/o license plates/ parking stickers, 4 flat tires in same lot not towed for 6+ months until after this). Parked in mostly empty lot for approx 1 hr before being towed. Phone service acted as if it was a favor to give you a window of time out of their Monday to allow you to pay them for the car they towed. Upon pickup employee threatened to drive away with full cash payment of $145 in hand after he realized cash included $10s and $1s. I know, counting is hard sometimes. The employee continued to make rude and insulting comments to people nearby as I drove away in my car. This company only wants exploit hard working people into paying them as much cash as they can force you to, just so that you can get your own property back. For any business looking to hire this company for their services.... Choose someone better who doesn't leave cars sitting illegally parked for months in your lots and one that doesn't blatantly exploit your tenants caretakers. read more

STRAIGHT RIP OFF!!!! Negoshian's in Norwood has a contract for town ordered Police tows. I was told by Negoshian's the state regulated police ordered tow charge was $100, $10 fuel charge, and $35 per day storage fee. The desk guy told me just to leave the car there. I asked if they would buy it for scrap metal and he told me it was worth NOTHING.They would junk it implying they would be doing me a favor. He told me they only accept CASH too, for the tow, fuel, and storage fees. Since I didnt have cash, I had to go get cash. After I left, I called a friend of mine and he told me they are ripping me off! I lost more time calling and visiting the State Dept of Public Utilities web site to get the correct state regulated fees. The State Dept of Public Utilities told me the state regulated police ordered tow charge is $90 and the fuel charge is 5% of that charge and the $35 per day storage fee was per 24- hour period not per day. I downloaded this information off the state DPU web site. I brought the page from the DPU web site with the correct fees, but he refused to look at it telling me the site and fees are changing all the time. I told him to read it, but he refused. I told him I had the DPU phone number and he could call to verify the fees, but he refused. I was told the car was in the yard at 10 am on Monday, but it wasnt there til 11am. More time was lost confronting the desk guy and then the owner re their charge of per day when it is regulated per 24- hour period. They nicked and dimed me. If they are doing this to me they are doing it to others. DO NOT CALL NEGOSHIAN'S TOWING SERVICE. THEY WILL BULLSHIT YOU AND WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEIR DIME! THEY WILL NOT OFFER YOU FAIR SCRAP METAL VALUE FOR YOUR CAR. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TELLING YOU ITS WORTH NOTHING AND THEN TURN AROUND AND MAKE MONEY ON YOUR CAR, IF YOU LEAVE IT THERE FOR SCRAP METAL. I am sending a letter of complaint to the Norwood Police Chief, Board of Selectmen, the State DPU, the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word. read more
