My first car was purchased here, in 2021 when I was in college! In a way, I regret buying a car…read moreduring that time, as there was a car chip shortage so limited car inventory at many dealerships & prices were marked up for this reason. I was leaning towards getting a used low mileage car but due to the chip shortage, a used car was not much cheaper, so a new car it was! I had gone to multiple different Honda dealerships all around MA just looking for somewhere to have ANY car left on the lot to buy. Originally, I was not even looking into getting a Honda at all but I was intrigued by hybrid vehicles! Ended up getting a Honda Insight Hybrid that had cloth interior and if I wanted leather, it would've been another couple of months until it would arrive lol. It was the first cloth interior car that I ever had/driven & it was not a fun time. Stains easily & super difficult to clean! The car itself was great though, can't complain. The estimated mpg was said to be ~55mpg but most of the time, I am able to get 77/mpg, so definitely gas efficient & only cost me ~$20/tank of gas. For example, a trip to NYC and even driving through NJ/Fort Lee, I only had to fill the tank once on the way back in RI! So this is a great commuter/road trip car. It's too bad they stopped manufacturing this model in 2022. BUT if I was not in so much of a need of getting a car at the time, I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. This is because the salesman I had wasn't great & was actually a college kid lol. Very pushy attitude and was not knowledgeable about the cars offered at the dealership... This unfortunately goes for most of the salesmen/saleswomen here though. I never went here for services, only have to deal with oil changes still and haven't had any actual issues yet to this day.

Buying a car here was fine. But the service department is consistently horrible about…read morecommunication. Appointments are scheduled online or with a call center. Not someone at the dealership. They don't return messages left on voicemail. They don't keep you updated on the progress of your repairs. Will I have a car to drive to work tomorrow? Who knows!?!?! I've been trying to get an electronics issue solved for over a year. They don't have a loaner car to let me use, and I don't have a spare car that I can drive for the weeks they say it might take to figure out the issue. Meanwhile my navigation system thinks I'm driving around in the Atlantic Ocean, and tries to convince apple and Google Maps that I'm Jesus and can just drive on top of water. Makes it really hard to get directions to home visits for work. My car is so much fun to drive. But I don't recommend it to friends because the Nucar service is so awful. It's an EV. I can't just take it to our local general mechanic.

The check-in process is very efficient, the customer area is clean and comfortable, and everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly. My current Service Rep, Sean Henry, has been fantastic and always extremely helpful. He is a great communicator and a valued resource for info and questions. Sean is someone I trust and appreciate his assistance!

Not too long ago, I took delivery of my third new BMW (I lease) from this dealer. It will be my…read morelast. My salesperson was inattentive to detail and made a non-trivial mistake. The sales manager I was working with was rude and condescending. Before I agreed, I told the salesperson that I needed a particular option on the car, which I use every day, and asked if this car had it. He said that it did. AFTER I paid the inifial cap reduction fee, AFTER we did all the paperwork and I signed everything, and AFTER my plates were transferred to the new car and it was rewgistered to me, the salesperson came over and told me that he had made a mistake, and the car didn't have the option I had asked him about. I like to have the oil changed after the first thousand miles. I asked my salesperson if that would be covered by the BMW service plan. He checked and said that it wouldn't. So I asked him how much the extra oil change service would cost. We checked with the service department and told me that it would be $200. That seemed a bit steep, so after I hit 1,000 miles, I called service and asked how much it would be. They said $250. I had it done at a different local BMW dealer for $119. When the sales manager was doing the paperwork for the lease, he was standing over a desk, and I was sitting in a chair behind him. At one point he told me that he was going to have to charge me an additional $22/month. I offered to split it with him, since we had already agreed on a price. Without even turning around to face me, he snapped, "It's only $22, you can afford it." I like BMWs and will get another, but not from these guys. I've been buying cars for decades, and this was, by far, the worst purchase experience I've ever had.
