The doctor also seems to only care and focus on financials. The level of care is below average as you are only there 10 minutes and lucky enough to see the doctor more than 10 minutes. You feel you're in the kettle farm yo be seen by a vet. Most people that I know used to be part of this practice are leaving or have left. The biggest challenge with this office is lack of trained and professional staff and that's due to the new uneducated untrained racist office manager. Please avoid this office at any cost.

I had been sent to specialist after specialist and no one could really tell me what was wrong and didn't want to do anything about it. When I went to Dr. Dao's office, I was inside the examination room within 3 minutes of getting there. Dr. Dao came in less than a minute later and examined my finger. He was very straight with me and said I haven't really seen this before but we are going to operate on it and we will see what it is. I trusted that he knew what he was doing even if he wasn't entirely sure what was wrong with me and that trust was not misplaced. I was out of the office within 5 minutes total. He knows what he is doing and doesn't waste any time, which I appreciate. They were very prompt and quick to schedule the surgery and the day of, everyone that I came into contact with had awesome bedside manner and were very accommodating when I asked questions and expressed concern. They gave me the sleepy stuff and the next thing I knew I was waking up and it was done. Dr. Dao explained everything to my husband and walked him through the entire process as well as what was to come. He told him what he thinks it is and it turned out he was right. He again was very forthcoming to me and told me that there is a chance it will come back but they will do everything they can to work with me on it. My finger looks a little frankenstein-ish but that is unavoidable and I no longer have a giant knob on my finger, which was a major insecurity for me. It was my first surgery and I am so glad I ended up at Dr. Dao's office, because he and his team did a fantastic job!

He is not too old and he is in the prime age of his medical career and knowledge. He has helped me greatly improve and keep all my age related symptoms within the desired range: cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose level etc. He has a very friendly manner, easygoing interaction with patients. Best of all. the waiting room is never crowded. His office works efficiently. so i have never had a long waiting time. His appointments are always right on time. True story. I have struggled all my life to find a PCP who made me feel heard and who gave me clarity and treatment plans that worked for me until I met Dr. Amanda Khosravi. She has been my PCP for several years now and treated me through different life stages, so I have a good amount of evidence with which to recommend her wholeheartedly. In fact, I've not only opted for more expensive insurance plans when I switched jobs just so I can continue seeing her, I've also recommended my husband, mother-in-law and a number of friends to her. Here is why I think she is an exemplar of a doctor: Dr. Khosravi has an investigative, holistic, and empathetic approach to figuring out what may be the root cause of my health issues. She clearly has encyclopedic clinical knowledge as well as strong clinical acumen in the way she pieces together all the potential factors and asks me about factors I didn't even realize where potential contributors. On health issues where other doctors have shrugged their shoulders after (sometimes literally) a 30 second dialogue, she has helped me understand the issue and the treatment options. In addition to the superb clinical care, she is genuinely kind and empathetic. Going through health issues is for many of us emotionally triggering, and I've unintentionally cried or felt embarrassed during my appointments, and she always makes me feel safe and heard. Both the what and the how of her approach to caring for patients result in hope and ability to leave a better quality of life. Finally, she is consistently proactively mindful of the economic burden of healthcare, which is sometimes an unspoken barrier to actually following the steps to getting treated.
