Called this morning around 10:15 am and left a voice message describing our issue and what area I lived in. A couple hours later Jason returned my call and luckily he was on my street about to leave his service call. He asked when would be a good time and then magically said that he could come right then since he had about an hour before next appointment- this was FANTASTIC timing. He came by within a few minutes. Took him maybe 20 minutes to clean the lines and was off to his next appointment. I am so thankful he was near by. I have his business card for any issues in the future and will be using him again. I'm also grateful he showed me a few things to look for and possibly do myself if we see the yellow tip coming back later down the road. Great experience.

Received a response by text quickly and that was how we answered questions and set up the appointment (I really like working this way!). I also received email confirmation and reminders of the appointment by text and email. Service technician arrived within scheduled time and included a text to let me know he was on the way. He inspected everything, cleaned thoroughly, and replaced the lava rocks. He tested electricity output, carbon monoxide levels, and checked for gas leaks. He determined that dirt and time was the culprit and no other repairs were needed. I was very impressed by the company and the service technician. And my fireplace is now working beautifully!
