Nick took a $50 deposit when I booked the appointment for 7 AM on October 6th. (He has a 48 hour cancellation policy & no longer does mobile detailing.) I arrived a few minutes early at his place of business (residence) and waited outside until 7:03. I didn't see any sign of life, so I went to ring the doorbell, which didn't work. Called him on his cell phone, and he came out in a bit. He could see I was annoyed, so he decided he didn't want to work on my car, gave me $60 cash and sent me on my way. If a customer can be on time for 7 AM appointment, why can't the business owner? Has a lot of nerve charging $50 up front on a credit card and having a 48-hr cancellation policy, if he can't even keep his own schedule. read more

If honesty is a priority for you then this place is for you! I originally messaged to fix a long rust stain on the hood of my Audi and was able to get in pretty quickly and got an estimate for the repair. Luckily he was able to fix it pretty quickly and he could've ripped me off and I would've paid what he originally quoted me, but he didn't. Instead he gave me an honest quote and because of that (plus the quality of his work) I asked if he could do an interior detail on the car I just purchased for my upcoming transfer overseas. I dropped off a 2013 Civic that had oxidized headlights, stains all over the seats, random gunk everywhere inside, and got back what looked like a brand new 2022 Civic! The headlights made my jaw drop and OMG the interior was like night and day! The thing basically sparkled and even my brother-in-law (I bought the car from my sister) was so surprised at the transformation that he is scheduling a detailing with FS Detail now too. PLUS he helped me out with my windshield when he didn't have too. Trust me, if you go here you won't regret it. Not only are the results AMAZING, but the price is (in my opinion) well below what you'd expect to pay for.
