When Hugo and I first spoke he was willing to negotiate a good deal, something I appreciated given how expensive everything is these days. I decided on the Gold Package, including the complete interior and shampooing the seats and carpets. Hugo included a great exterior wash. James and Jocelyn did a phenomenal job on our Honda CR-V. We purchased the deep cleaning package a couple of weeks ago and were disappointed. To summarize, the car detail was equivalent to a hand car wash that you can purchase for a fraction of the cost, but they didn't follow through on the detailing promised in the package description. From their service description, they missed the following: Soft towel hand dry for a spotless finish - There were smudges and mud from an incomplete wipe down. - Windows cleaned inside and out for crystal-clear visibility. -Interior windows were missed. Brake dust removal for cleaner wheels Rims and inner barrels thoroughly cleaned - visible dirt on rims We took photos and a couple of videos of the areas missed, showing how with a towel the missed spots easily come off, but the ey clearly didn't even try cleaning those areas. What brought this rating up to a three was the owner's responsiveness. He apologized and offered to have it redone. When they did redo it, they still missed the interior windows, bird pee, and rims. This was not a true detail. I appreciate the responsiveness, but the service needs improvement. read more

I guess if they actually do your car they do a good job but I'll never know. I booked an appointment online to get my car detailed the next day but it was later in the day so the time to do my car the following day wasn't set because no one had contacted me yet. I was called in the morning and told they would do my car after the service they were currently doing. A couple hours went by and I checked in and again they assured me they were coming. Nearly 8 hours later they call me to say they are finishing up with the other person but it's basically already too late to do my car (6:30pm). To their credit they were honest with me. They did 3 cars and 1 was the full detail not just a wash and supposedly the customer liked the detail job the had them to it on all of the 3 so it took a lot longer. They had a deal with them for 1 full detail and 2 wash jobs and a deal with me for a full detail. They should have told them they can reschedule so they wouldn't screw me but they chose to get the money while they were there at the expense of my service. They offered me a discount to do it another day but I have 1 day a week of availability and I wasted it on them already this week. Besides, I'm not hurting for money so the discount isn't making me overlook the disrespect to me being treated as a second tier customer. It's their business and they have to decide what's important to them. They decided it wasn't me. All of this is sucks but what was really frustrating is they were greedy and wasted my day when I could have taken my car somewhere else because they knew when they took the extra work they were never going to get to me, unless they are incompetent and don't know their times. Instead they wanted to keep my business at my expense. I legitimately was looking for someone to do my car 2023 Audi Q7 regular going forward and if it worked out my GF Lexus as well.
