It is a hit and miss with this store, depending what i am in there for. This trip i was very strict & on a mission for a very peticular blouse. I would find one that fit the requirements but would not be my size. Not the stores fault. I tried to make it work but just found nothing i could use this time. I saw lots of items & clothing I could use in another scenario but not what I came in for. The furniture area is always a neat place to walk around but I did not have time this time. The store has been rearrange no shelves in the way. It looks more spacious. There is a variety of clothing here for men, woman, kids and teens, all sorts of people. Household items, accessories for various occasions. Dresses for anything u can think of. I saw a wedding dress and I wondered if it worked out for that person? On top of the clothing racks are shoes. None for me this time. It just wasnt in my cards. But next time I could find tons of stuff I need. I like to check out the shelf in the back it has like office supply type stuff on it. Bday party kits, different cards and stickers. Sorting type contraptions for desks. They have a large area in the back with dishes, tea pot sets, glass ware, pots and pans. There is a book area and toys. They have a tag color discount going on, make sure to check out what color is discounted that day. Ask about Veterans discounts as well. They are friendly and helpful to the surrounding community. Overall clean, organized, and had a bleach or lysol smell going on. First, this is one of my favorite thrift stores. It is close by to my work and home so I stop by here all the time. I love their stamp program and currently during the month of March in 2026, they are giving away a stamp for each time you go and donate a bag of items. This really motivated me to declutter and clean out my closet. They always have color tag deals. I've recently found some purses for a really great deal including an egg poacher. Paperback books were$.99 each a little high but we bought 3 and found out on Mondays they are 50% off . We went back and got 10 more. Senior discount is 10% every day. Is one of my favorite places to shop thrift for clothes and shoes because they have bargain prices and unique vintage dresses for Church as well. They have had $10 days where you fill up a bag of clothes and it's only $10. I have also purchased DVD's and dishes here as well. They have done a public service by aiding people in need, and they even have a pickup service where they can come to your home with a truck for scheduling donations. One of my favorite pastimes is thrifting. And this is one of my favorite thrift stores. It's really close to my house, the people are friendly and I usually luck out on some great finds. Today I found a pair of brand new Old Navy pink shorts for $4.25. I've been looking for a pair of pink shorts to go with a cute sheer pink cover up - score! Oh also a brand new belt, a work out tank, and two pairs of denim shorts that I desperately needed. I wish they had more selection of men's things and housewares but oh well, they don't have control over the donations. Which reminds me: please donate any items you don't want anymore. They can give you a receipt for tax purposes and you'll feel good knowing your old stuff isn't going into a landfill. this is my FAVORITE thrift store. i always find quality threads at reasonable prices. i love how they are a part of the fresno community and have social media platforms centered on uplifting the community while also educating the public about sustainability. the store is constantly supplied with fresh new items. i gravitate to clothing, however their electronics and furniture is always being scoped out by customers. i love the clothes here, i have never walked out empty handed. one downside is there are no dressing rooms, and you do have to know where their mirrors are, but i usually do a quick outfit check before making my way to the register. a plus is they have a loyalty stamp card, which is great especially if you frequent thrift stores. after 10 stamps you get a discount towards your purchase. something that is not too commons at most places. they also have dope neighborhood thrift stickers at check out because if you frequent this place you will feel part of a community and who wouldn't want to rep?! i love you neighborhood thrift! please don't ever change. read more

The price increases on used donated items have gotten out of control. Jeans there now are $15 and up and I saw a used jacket today for $30? Also a used/fair looking pair of Jordans for $124? Cmon now. I'm so so disappointed with this thrift store and sad at the same time because me and my aunt have been coming here for years at least once a week because of the very reasonable prices. As of today I had enough of this taking advantage of ppl and come to find out today they are opening up another location on W. Shaw area in 2025. What does that tell you, they are doing very very well. Talking to an unanimous employee that they did not get their Christmas bonuses this year? But I bet the manager did!! And also that it's the manger raising these prices up so high. I haven't been contacted regarding the schedule that I was told would be at least 48 hours after signing up for pickup. It doesn't matter now since I got it taken care of. I'm a 71 year old woman who tried my best to find help with removing two old TVs, a leather Sofa and matching loveseat. I guess that's what friends are for. Someone knew someone to refer me. My go-to thrift store because of 1) excellent selection and 2) ethical, admirable, enviro-friendly business practices that compassionately train/empower employees, care for our community/world, and prioritize recycling (unsellable books, clothing, etc). Neat, well-organized, friendly employees. A few years back, bought a leather couch (a couple small rips) and matching recliner for a steal -- $100. Great price! Covered the rips with a throw, and voila! Looked good as new. A great place to donate any leftover items following yard/estate sales. Fun thrift store to poke around in. It's pretty big and it's organized. They have lots of clothes, all neatly displayed on hangers. They way they hang the pants and jeans makes it easy to peruse through them. They have a furniture area and a kids area. Lots of kitchen glassware. There's a big sign "No Sales Tax". They discriminated against me. When a woman wears a backpack it's a purse. Today alone I saw at least three people wearing the same size backpack as me and a woman with a smaller backpack version and it was okay! At that point it was mentioned the reason was the size of the backpack/purse which then I noticed two women with huge purse's bigger than my backpack size. I'm a frequent shopper never no issues it's one of my favorite consignment stores in Fresno. They said it's policy. I guess the policy they are enforcing is to whomever they feel needs it to be enforced to! Pick and choose. I was taken back. When I explained how they made me feel and for that reason I was not going to return the African American woman said I don't care don't come back! Shame on her and the other staff for letting her get away with treating me that way and speak to me that way. Okay, I love thrift stores and consignment stores. This place is pretty big and the pricing on everything is good. Although every section is organized well, I personally felt that it was a lot less sanitary than other thrift stores in town. I found a few items but most items I saw were not in good condition and just pretty run down. The restrooms were pretty unsanitary. My expectations are not high at thrift stores but this one was just not so great for me. I don't think I will return to this thrift store. I am glad I stopped by and gave them a try though. Came in today to have a look around but didn't stay very long. The store is super dingey, everything they had was just absolute junk. It smelled like mildewed clothing in there, the book section was very disappointing, the kids section was even more disappointing. I'd be embarrassed to donate half the "junk" in this place! $15 for a bookshelf that's completely falling apart, $20 for a bike that doesn't work, and the list could go on and on! When this place opened I went and checked it out. I was instantly turned off by the books I found in the back that were dated somewhere around the 1950's & 1960's on the subject of "curing" homosexuality. That trash should've been burned or thrown in the garbage. I've never had good customer experience here, I've found a lot of dirty and nasty items, and consider most items overpriced. I'm glad a lot of people consider this place their favorite thrift store in Fresno, because well they'll never find all the secret gems not on Yelp! :D read more

you know what i like about this place? They don't overprice their merchandise just because that's what seems to be in these days with a lot of thrift stores. They know they are a thrift store judging by their prices. Sometimes they even have killer sales going on like this one time on a wednesday sometime ago I walked in and saw that they had a book sale which was 4 books for a dollar. I checked out the book shelves to see if there was anything worth grabbing and I ended up with 5 delicious books in great shape for $1.25!( take that Goodwill) Plus on multiple occasions I have bought a super cute summer dress there for under $3. love this place. This place is really hit or miss. It depends on how much work you want to do to have your items ready to use. Its not hard to find cool stuff, but it is hard to find cool stuff that is damage free or clean. Usually if I find something I like here it needs to be washed/drycleaned or sewn before I can wear it. The furniture mostly has damage and needs to be refinished or painted. And I have yet to see a single electronic with all its parts. Purses are not even worth looking at most of the time. It's a typical thrift shop. Cute finds if you look through the store. However, it seems dirtier than most...and staff could use some customer service training. The person I was with requested someone open a stall to try on a shirt and while walking away the woman said ok, I'll open it for you. Not once looking back and making eye contact. This place has everything you need. They have appliances, furniture, and books, but best of all CLOTHES! Baby-Adult clothes. I loved it here. I'm from out of town obviously and my standards for a thrift store are pretty high. I've been to pretty shitty places that I find my most treasured items of clothing. This is going to be one of them. I bought a beautiful purple sweater and it is just so so soft. They do sell plenty of name brand items. If my feet were big enough I'd be buying up the shoes. I feel like the stuff they sell is for a great price (for what the items really worth). They have brands from GAP-GUESS-EXPRESS-TARGET BRANDS-OLD NAVY. But still I loved everything here. The purple sweater I bought for only 1.99$ They do have a store policy where they aren't supposed to sell clothes w/out tags BUT I was an exception and the guy there sold it to me still. I bought a retro type scarf for $1.50. I was super happy when we first walked in because they had my favorite book there in MINT CONDITION: The giving tree. I think this store deserves 5 stars because it's clean and well organized there. The place doesn't get crowded because the store is so big. I advise all thrifters out there to check this place out.
