Management is not fair to employees and seems like they pick their favorites, personally they should have a manger that knows what she is doing but unfortunately the person in charge seems very immature. I saw this Thrift store on my way to an estate sale this Sunday, but I have been spoiled by Neighborhood Thrift & Valley Veterans Thrift Store because this was the most chaotic thrift store that I have been to in Fresno. As I entered, I saw so many people there rummaging through racks. I'm a rummager myself, but I like to do so peacefully and this was not peaceful at all. They must have a lot of theft because they have a security at the front door. They do have a microphone to tell people which line was for card and which line was for cash, but I could not tell you how their customer service is as I didn't find anything. I picked up a random dragon ball z tshirt and it was about $15. I know they have deals, but $15 is very steep. I felt like I was shopping in a swap meet and not a thrift store. It seems a lot of people love it though because their carts were extremely full. It was just not my scene. read more

One of the many thrift stores I go to. Friendly staff who are always there to help. The thrift center has many clothes, from shirts, dresses, pants, sleepwear, coats, and baby clothes. They occasionally have sales ranging from 30% to 50%. It is a great place to visit when buying clothes on a budget. read more

I used to like this store but their prices are so high. $30 for a Nike shirt with a team name? $20 button up shirts. I haven't been for a few months since the prices have gone way up. I think they look on Ebay but a lot of these stores just see an item and see the high price on Ebay and think they can get that. They aren't looking at what the item actually SOLD for. read more

I go to this thrift store about once a month. They have usually 2 color tags 75% off and on color 50% off. Also a couple days a week everything is 50 off and a senior 50 day. Reading the other reviews are always interesting. Yes they only have one dressing room but I had become used to "isle " dressing over years and no there's not returns, it's a thrift store!!! For me this is one of the better thrift stores in the area. The men's section has a great variety, and some really nice pieces as of the last time I went. I've been twice and both times I left with shirts and pants that fit me. Listed prices can be high, but the discounts (I used my 50% off coupon, and the cashier gave me a new one for next time) really lower the cost where I feel good about it. If you care so much about cleanliness, this location appears fairly well kept. Hella solid place. read more

This thrift store is always well-stocked! They're constantly bringing in new new racks of clothes to put on the floor so no matter what time you come in during the day, there will always be something new! Shirts are around $5-$6 and with 50% off they come to about $2.50-$3. Got a pair of pants for $2.50! The employees are always very nice and helpful. Great selection of clothes, purses, and toys! I've noticed they've become more organized which makes finding items easier! Items are always 50% off once you spend $15 one time. The parking is a bit weird but that's not the stores fault. I used to love this place and considered it one of my favorites until about 6 months ago. I don't know why but their prices have become outrageous! I'm sure it's because they frequently have sales, but $15 for bottoms and $10 for kids dresses is insane for used goods at a thrift store. I'll be honest they have a great selection of clothes. Lots of current styles and in good condition, but I give them only one star, in comparison to how they operated before under the old owners. Their prices have gone up considerably and they stopped having 50% off on their clothes everyday and became more and more strict with the acceptance of coupons that they give out. But mostly, the one star review is based on their customer service or lack thereof. The old owners were really sweet and so we're the girls they hired to work there. Now they are rude, intimidating and act more like you are lucky to be allowed to shop there. They have no problem making you feel like you are some kind of thief even if you are a paying repeat customer, nor feel the need to apologize when they make such mistakes. Too bad their customer service doesn't match the quality of their inventory. If it did I would shop there every week like I used to, but I'll mostly avoid this place unless I strike out at the other thrift stores first. read more

I love this place. They have lots of cool clothes very cheap, and often have 50% off sales on top of that. My one complaint is they only have one changing room. And the place is clean, but it has sort of a old grungy vibe if you know what I mean? I think it's just cause the building is really old. read more

They have so much stuff to choose from and I appreciate that, but the experience is put off by the atmosphere completely. The employees are unhelpful and sometimes even rude, and it's always super crowded and it tends to smell really bad. I think they should work harder on cleaning their facility also, because a lot of their counter space and racks are covered in grease and germs. read more

I just got off the phone with the thrift store's corporate office and was told the store is closed for good! When I asked why? Was told it was a personal decision of the owner to close.
