The office is cozy and comfortable, staff is super friendly, professional and welcoming. And the star of the show, Dr. Mansdorf, is how you hope every physician will be ... kind, concerned, caring, informative. Took his time with my husbands issues and assessed him for potential concerns that we hadn't considered. His rates are very reasonable, IMHO. He took a good half hour, maybe longer, with my husband. So glad we didn't settle for an appointment further down the road, in both time and distance. Highly recommend this excellent physician. read more

Dr Mansdorf is an incredibly thoughtful, caring doctor and all around nice human being. I wish I had found him sooner for my mom. She had seen so many podiatrists over the years for various issues (orthotics, bunion, bone spur, flat foot, bents toes, you name it) and none have come close to helping her as much as Dr M has. He spent 1.5 hours during her first visit listening to all her ailments, treatments she's had from other doctors, and getting to the root of her issues. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. The front desk staff is awesome too! Never a billing issue or booking issue. He is my mother's podiatrist now but if I ever need one, he will be mine too! read more

Real humans answer the phone, lovely office staff, small one man operation. Dr Mansdorf is friendly and very thorough, took X-rays and gave me some solid advice on how to proceed. I just wanted to convey the positive experienced and care that was provided by Dr. Mansdorf and his team. His team was incredibly accommodating to get me an earlier appointment and even followed up with different openings that occurred. I get anxiety and the What-If snowballing was a lot to handle and they were able to get me an earlier appointment to help ease the anxiety. Once I arrived at my appointment, everyone was so friendly and kind and I was a bit ambarassed of the situation. The place was very organized, neat, and warm atmosphere. When I saw Dr. Mansdorf, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many, many, many questions since this has never happened to me before and a very new experience. He was able to layout expectations for the treatment and even give more information on the situation for future preventative care and other useful information. I can't express how glad I was to get the doctor and very happy with my treatment and now I am able to move on with life now that I was able to get this situation under control. I got a gash cut wound on my big toe and needed a podiatrist to check it and monitor it. Dr Mansdorf is terrific. Very thorough. Didn't stint on his time with me and ALL my questions for him as a first time patient. I discovered him on YELP if course. I have driven by his office a ton of times with that noticeable FOOT sign out front. His office is right around the corner from me. Super convenient. When my toe wound area got quite aggrevated from (gasp) exercising 3 wks ago, I went to Urgent Care so I could be seen that day. They were ok but turns out the Nurse Practitioner who saw me gave me incorrect information and didnt recommend I see a foot doctor. Run, don't walk, to Dr. Mansdorf!! (Sorry, it was too good of a pun for a podiatrist). I had foot surgery with Dr. Mansdorf in 2020 after a misdiagnosis from another doctor. I am writing this review two years later to share how effective and lasting Dr. Mansdorf's medical expertise and intervention was. I injured the joint of my big toe in July 2020. Urgent Care said there was no fracture or even a sprain on the x-ray. After a couple of weeks, I still couldn't walk in a shoe, so I went to Dr. Mansdorf. First off, his bedside manners are outstanding! I have never met a more patient, attentive doctor. X-rays at his office also showed no break in my bone, but based on his expertise and vast experience, he suspected that a tiny part of my bone had actually been chipped. He sent me for an MRI and even the MRI technician noted no break or chip BUT Dr. Mansdorf was able to zoom into the image to find the tiny piece of bone that HAD chipped off! At that point, he was upfront about options for healing and noted the chance that surgery might be the ultimate solution. He suggested a conservative route, so I tried a better boot, proper icing, and a bone stimulator. After 3 months of effort and no improvement, we agreed that surgery was the best route. And it was! My surgery went smoothly and I was back in a tennis shoe soon after. I am now able to use my foot with no problems. At every point in my journey, I felt informed and supported by Dr. Mansdorf. I recently went to him after months of ankle and heel pain, (that a previous Podiatrist failed to diagnose, nor even x-ray), continued to plague me. I was pleasantly surprised by his listening skills, and he really spent a good deal of time with me in the exam, and also in the explanation of his diagnosis and treatment plan. I visited the office for orthotics. Once molded and I received I needed adjustments to them and Neil stated I could come in anytime until they fit correctly and he would make the adjustments. I also paid out-of-pocket for the orthotics, a few hundred by the way. After wearing them for a few months they still were uncomfortable so I went in. He shaved the top off a bit and they finally fit. Everything was good and I left. Then I receive an office visit bill for $85.00 for adjusting something I already paid for and that he told me he would do? Needless to say what a complete ripoff and when I contacted him to talk with me, he hid behind his staff and never called. For someone that can't hold up his word. I would not recommend him, unfortunately. read more

So, I had ripped my entire big toenail off at the river on Friday. My friends bandaged me up and I didn't look at it until today. Actually, I didn't want to without a proper doctor. I called and they were booked. Patty at Dr Mansdorf referred me to another doctor and told me to call back if I couldn't get in. I couldn't. She squeezed me in right after lunch. Dr Mansdorf was very nice with an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and calm. He looked at my toe after conducting an exam and hopefully my nail will adhere back. Dr Mansdorf is AMAZING! He is not like most doctors today. Yes, he is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does but what makes him different is that he listens, he asks questions and genuinely cares about your well being. The world not only needs more doctors like Dr. Mansdorf but more people like him as well. He ask questions to better understand your concern and explains things in a manner that is easy to understand but not insulting. My daughter had to see a podiatrist on emergency. The doctors office we were at gave us a few recommendations and Dr Mansdorf was one. I called and they had nothing for 10 days. I told them the situation and they fit us in that afternoon. We had never been to this doctor before. Was SO GLAD we choose this doctor. He is one of our favorite Dr's of all time and we've seen plenty. he made a catch, 5 yrs ago, on my teenaged daughters foot xray of bone erosion suggestive of RA ( that explained a year of her medical complaints causing multiple visits to the pediatrician that had been shrugged off by the pediatrician as being nothing wrong...we were not expecting that diagnosis). 3 other drs saw those xrays while we were trying to find her care and the only one who saw what Dr Mansdorf saw was the rheumatologist she now sees. He's thorough in his examination, he listens to the patient, and explains his findings/treatment well and in language the patient can understand. Great doctor! Came to him with extremely painful ingrown nails. He was able to remove my ultra-sensitive ingrown nails in a way that caused me zero discomfort. His bedside manner is also wonderful. He is a very professional, kind, gentle, and patient surgeon who will pleasurably take time to explain all treatment options. His attitude is a throwback to when Doctor's really cared about their patients . He has a wonderful old-school trait of spending time to catch up with how each of his patients are doing. I've seen the Doc a couple times now, for two different issues. A couple years ago, my GP diagnosed bone spurs and arthritis in my right foot. Something about that diagnosis didn't seem to match my symptoms, so I went to Dr. Mansdorf for a specialist's second opinion. He quickly diagnosed me as having gout, and his treatment helped my immediately. More recently, I was having strange burning in my left heel. He diagnosed plantar fasciitis, advised me on the proper footwear and, again, the improvement was noticeable immediately.
