Carol has tried to give me medical advice about my pregnancy twice that has been very false. She also worked with me over the phone for OVER a WEEK to get my transfer papers in and failed to mention that their office is full and can't accept me. Which she couldn't relay that information, she had another staff member call me the next day to say its their "protocol" to receive the transfer papers BEFORE even checking to see if they have enough availability to take another patient. Absolutely ridiculous.

The receptionist Penny refused to listen to me or help at all in referring me to another doctor. She treated me as if I weren't worth her time and didn't care at all. When returning my call she blatantly ignored my request to call me at a specific time (I work at a school and have specific breaks) saying it wasn't convenient for her. If you work in the medical profession you need some compassion this woman is a serious see you next Tuesday.
