They are even doing a promotion right now that if they like their Facebook they will give you a free fluoride treatment!! The dental hygienists are very friendly and kind! They will work with you to do what is best for you and at an affordable cost! They talk to you but don't ask you a ton of questions while they have tools in your month. The dentists are nice and quick! Don't prolong your visit by making your wait. They are kind and give you a lot of positive feedback instead of critiquing you. There is a tv and radio for you to pay attention to if you want. And every room feels pretty secluded, so you don't need feel as vulnerable as at other dentist offices I have been to. Her compassion, patience and understanding are beyond compare! When I first met her I had put adhesive in my dentures to get a soft line. I didn't know that you weren't supposed to use that he should when you geta soft liner put in. I did not only receive the softliner, I received an education as far as Dentures were concerned. Ann smiled ( did not laugh) and kind of rolled her eyes but with empathy. And I hear she was responsible for the beautiful Christmas tree that was in the office last year. She may be short in stature, but she's a force to be reckoned with with her knowledge of Dentistry. I also had the honor and privilege of meeting Norberto! But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

Not everyone is aware that is not recommended. After the x-rays they set her an appt for fillings. When my daughter arrived she talked about her pregnancy and they said (oh u can't have fillings during pregnancy and the x-rays shouldn't have been done either. Not being able to fulfill her appt due to being pregnant they charged us $40 for a missed appointment. I am so upset and disappointed that my child and grandchild were put in harms way then charged for their negligence as a supposed trusted provider not confirming it was safe for x-rays or fillings. So I did notice that i got a text confirming my appointment for 4:00pm on October 16. Then I received a text on November 8 changing the time to 3:50pm. Then I received another text on the 14th of November with the time of 3:50pm. Now I did arrive on time and to my chagrin another young lady came and got me. No explanation of the hygienists change or anything just come back. I saw my regular hygienists and she spoke but still no explanation. So I went back to the front to ask Jeanne why the change. She informed me that she doesn't know what happened and it happened on the back end. What? So she proceeded to tell me there was nothing that she could do. She made sure I knew that I am a patient of the practice not of the hygenist and basically I have to deal with it. There was nothing she could do! If I went somewhere else that would be my first time having them do my teeth. She really was dismissive, flippant, and curt!! I was appalled! I thought that I was in good hands here but I felt like what I was replaceable! I was livid!!! The way in which she talked to me and dismissed me was unacceptable! I called back and ask for the nasty lady and she said that there was nothing that she could do! She didn't even try to bring resolve or tell me why the appointment had been changed to someone I had never even met before! The staff has changed but this is not a good change. I don't think having the same hygienists is reaching too far. They use to call me as well but I guess that is on the backend too! When I walked away from this appointment, I must walk away from this type of practice! After all these years I do not feel appreciated. Thanks for nothing Jeanne!
