I began to watch people walk in and get called back, while I am still sitting there waiting. I waited another 30 minutes. I finally went up to the receptionist and asked if they forgot about me. She proceeds to tell me that the Dr is running behind, and I will be called back shortly. I asked her why I wasnt notified of this and given the choice to wait or reschedule. She couldn't give me an answer. I told her I was leaving and NOT rescheduling, and the office/staff are very unprofessional. I received a blank stare. My guess is while carrying on their personal conversation, I was not checked in and "Dr is running late" was an excuse. If it was an excuse, be professional and own your mistake. I have been to two locations, and both are lacking in professionalism and good customer service. I will not be recommending Aspen Dental and in fact encouraging you run.
