Once they con you into getting the procedure done they will hit you with a bill almost twice the quoted price you already paid. They blame the insurance but these scam artist knew exactly what the were doing. Do not even step foot in the door." *edit* After having a conversation with the VERY helpful employee that commented on this review, she was able to figure out the error that led to us being charged the extra amount. We went from owing 450 to getting a refund of 48$. Im very happy with the follow up that I got, my problem has been solved and I now know it was a billing error. I no longer think Aspen Dental is trying to rip you off, it just seemed like it when the original employee I talked to brushed me off and blamed insurance. Im going from 1 to 3 stars, the lady who helped me deserves 5, but the lady I talked to originally wouldn't even bother looking at the situation and dismissed me as if I just didn't want to pay my bill.

She couldn't give me an answer. I told her I was leaving and NOT rescheduling, and the office/staff are very unprofessional. I received a blank stare. My guess is while carrying on their personal conversation, I was not checked in and "Dr is running late" was an excuse. If it was an excuse, be professional and own your mistake. I have been to two locations, and both are lacking in professionalism and good customer service. I will not be recommending Aspen Dental and in fact encouraging you run. Run as fast as you can and never second guess your decision!!

"Everyone in this office knows that we don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield", is what I was told after I tried to fight the extra charges. I wouldn't schedule anything if it was out of coverage. I went there, they took copies of my BCBS card... no one in the office said a thing! Don't use this dentist! They will overcharge you the first chance they can get. Lobby only had old people in it...
