While at Sawgrass Mall, we stopped in at Neiman Marcus Last Call to see if we could find something special. This Last Call store offers quality merchandise that shoppers probably expect from Neiman Marcus but at discount savings. It is really an outlet store. Supposedly you can save up to 70% every day! We looked around but didn't see anything that really appealed to us. The staff that we encountered smiled at us but we didn't have any questions for them. We later found out that Neiman Marcus has filed for bankruptcy and will be closing the Last Call stores very soon. read more

This location is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes you go in and there's a lot of great designer items at a great price and other days not so much. I went it before the holidays and there was an excellent amount of goods and merchandise at great prices. Service I can't really comment on because I do find that it is hard to even find a sales associate at this store. It's like they are hiding. Lol. I recognize that it is an outlet and very busy at times but finding help for another size, etc can be hard here. read more

Extra forty, thirty or twenty percent off almost every clothing item, which I would call a Fire Sale. Lots of formal dresses and gowns for 40% off the lowest marked price. Staff walking around for assistance if needed. Most of the deal placards are visible from every angle. read more

The went nuts in this enormous store for an hour. Mens and womens garments and accessories. High end brand name items. Very nice jewelry section with several pieces to choose from. Many gowns and work attire. One employee was hiding between the clothing rack on her phone (emergency call of course) but the other employee was stocking store items. read more

I used to work at Neiman Marcus, in San Francisco, Union Square. So it's a very different experience. But I just read that they are closing this store! But I don't have a car. And the woman that has a car has a really bad foot, and can't drive. The other woman lost her job. So neither if them would take me there and it's about a 50 minute ride away from me, which means a $90 ride each way!!! :-( So spending $200 just to get there and back, might not even be worth it. The other roommate has a car that can barely make it to Walmart, a 6 minute drive! So I can't Even go there for the big closing sale, even though I need new clothes. I have no ride and the cost to get there and back is so great, it is just impossible for me to justify the ride.... read more

For an outlet store, I found the prices still very high. Yes, we are talking about name brand fashion, but the discount of these items (many last season) was not enough to make a believer out of me. Most of the shirts were still around $100 after the discount and/or clearance mark down. The swimming trunks were in the $60-75 range. Several of the name brand items that are sold here, can be found in other stores in Sawgrass for much less. I did not see many people shopping here as compared to other clothing stores... read more

You never know what great finds you'll run into. Since this is a liquidation store, you will sometimes get lucky in getting current-season designer collections items or items about 1-4 seasons old. And you can get really good deals on high-end/ Luxury designers. Service is solid, nothing special. For women's clothes and accessories, you can always find some pretty great deals on brands of Vince, Alice & Olivia, theory, Victoria Beckham, Alexander McQueen, Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Versace, balangenca, sorel, Jimmy choo, Manolo Blanik, Prada, Tom Ford, Stuart W, Chloe, Proenza Schouler, Ralph Lauren, dolce and gabbana and Ulla Johnson just to name a few. I will say shopping here for evening wear you can never go wrong as they have the best selection in the whole outlet. As for the changing room and restrooms, they are solid. Their online service was horrible. I ordered and it was supposed to be delivered same day. To my friend. She never received it and they couldn't even get the tracking number. Wow what a special place. Charged me $35 dollars for same day delivery and that was 3 days ago and still haven't received package. Now they say wait 3-5business days for a resolution. Meh - that's all I have to say about this store. Staff are not overly friendly and couldn't care if you are there or not. It's a bit messy and not inviting to go look through items to see what you might want. I was not impressed at all. I didn't buy anything and left. read more

This outlet store is inside the sawgrass mall here in South Florida. To get to the store or you can just park in the ample parking lot of Sawgrass Mills and just walk to get to the store. They have such a huge variety of merchandise for everyone! The prices here are wonderful, the service is great, and the way they have everything set up was so nice and organized. After having worked in retail for 10+ years I've learned to greet people, introduce myself and let my shopper know I'm available to assist. I walked into the store twice and looked around and shopped both times. I passed closely to groups of associates talking among themselves that never thought to even say as much as Hi. This was not a good experience, I miss the Neiman Marcus by my house @Galleria Mall where the fragrance ladies would recognize me. It was only after I said something about the lack of customer service to two associates deep in their conversation did things change. I assume they said something over the headsets because that's when I was greeted by every associate. What a coincidence. To the associates I want to say you need to interact not just among yourselves but also the customers. At this point if I didn't despise online shopping I'd never go back. read more

This place is vastly different from the first time I came in to a Neiman Marcus last call. This is way back when it was inside the mall and it was nothing but a square room full of racks with clothes that frankly were not worth buying but were still $300. Now the clothes are still quite expensive but it is a much improved store that actually looks like a store. They are different racks, some are last call merchandise, meaning true designer stuff they bring from their full line store that is anywhere from 40 to 90% off and are still very expensive. I saw an Ellie Saab dress at 90% off that was still $490 from an original price od $7900 then reduced to $4900 Believe you me $490 it is an amazing deal but you have to have the life style where he would require you to have a dress like that I unfortunately do not . They also have cases with the more pricey handbags. I saw an amazing Manolo Blanik that match a pair of shoes I have perfectly. It was 50% of $1795 which I of course did not buy (the shoes are enough) and a few other equally high and designers, even Hermes. They also do carry lower end brands that have pretty good prices. You have to come prepared to spend some time here if you want to find great deals. I was pretty impressed with the store I would definitely be back if I'm ever in the market for an evening dress for a very special occasion.. read more

What a fun place to shop at!! This was my first time at sawgrass and wow was it overwhelming but filled with good deals. I was very hesitant about what the prices would be like but in my opinion, it's a good mix of hefty markdowns and high prices. I was surprised to see so many racks with an additional 50% off, bringing down tons of beautiful dresses and blouses to under $100. Not to mention steals could be found in the purses and shoes, I was able to get a Rebecca Minkoff purse for $50! I will definitely be returning to find some more deals soon. read more

I'm sad to report that this store is nothing short of a shit show. It's a long time customer of Neiman's, both the regular stores and juice outlet. I find it shockingly as a retail experience of any kind. The flea market on Sunrise Boulevard is a better experience. And the pity is they have items that range into the five and $7000 range straw in about like rags on racks. There are people not selling but watching you as if you're a teenage shoplifter at a bad location target or dollar store. And when you go to pay, despite the fact that there are three or four people, online, there is one officious, disempowered clerk, who can't seem to do anything except call over a manager who can't seem to do anything. After wasting 10 minutes of my time, verifying that my account is in good order, this feckless woman hangs up the phone without getting an account number, and then tells me "it's not my card. It's their system that won't continue processing the bill." Like an idiot I wait for a manager who comes over five minutes later only to tell me that she can't do anything either. Of course I left. I'll be damned if I pull out a regular credit card after wasting 24 minutes trying to get them to process a perfectly valid account that is current in payments. I will never set foot in this store again. This is the saddest fall from Grace of any retailer that I'm familiar with, because Neimans used to be a fun experience, and this was, as I said, at the beginning, nothing less than a shit show. read more

To the person that wasn't greeted, and ignored by SA's - this is EXACTLY what I look for in a store. I have social anxiety and prefer NOT BEING APPROACHED at all, I dont need or want help. It's shopping, and requires no assistance whatsoever. In fact my life would be better if these places had self checkouts too. Sales associates should only be there to clean out fitting rooms, keep the store tidy, and prevent people from stealing. So I give 100000 stars for not being harassed or stalked by sales associates, so one persons bad experience is another persons preferred shopping experience. Places that have too many workers like Bloomingdale's (sales people are everywhere and annoying as hell!!) are too stressful for me to shop at... they really should cut their staff by half, and just keep enough SA's to run registers and ring people up. read more

My friend and I drove over an hour to shop at this store. The selection they have there makes it worth the drive, but after this past experience, I will never be returning. Every staff member we encountered was absolutely horrible. With each person we met, it got worse. The woman in the shoe section was down our throats only concerned that she get her commission & credit for the sale( not that she helped at all). The woman in the fitting room asked me to "hurry up because it was really busy" after I was in the fitting room for maybe 2 minutes at most. Mind you, I only had 3 items while other women in the store had 15+ items. Everytime I stop at this neimans last call I and up purchasing multiple pieces but their lack of care regarding customer service has ensured that I will never return. read more

Beautiful clothes and a huge selection.... But when you put clearance in the name of your store...even if it is Neiman Marcus, customers are expecting it to be discounted. This store..not discounted at all. Probably last seasons stuf,f but still mad expensive. The only things in here I found discount priced were the shoes. Extremely rude management: We walked through the Neiman Marcus outlet store today, Saturday, 10/14/23, around 3 PM and approached management to see if we could have a couple of plastic bags for an emergency. We were in a bit of a rush, so we didn't catch her name. Her first words: "I can't give you plastic bags," oozed with authoritarian disdain. We understood if it wasn't a possibility, but the tone with which she expressed herself left us feeling very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. To add insult to injury, an associate at the register who overheard our conversation, proceeded to rehash the same words in the same condescending tone, although we had already heard the manager and hadn't asked the associate for her input. It is really disappointing to see people put in positions of prominence treat customers this way. Thankfully, we were able to resolve our issue independently, although my boyfriend (who was with me at the time) says he'll never shop here again. I have to agree. I enjoy shopping for quality goods at places where I feel welcome and respected. If management treats their customers poorly, and it clearly trickles down to their associates, who wants to shop in this uncomfortable environment? Although I have shopped here in the past for recital dresses and purses, I know I'll be going elsewhere in the future in light of this unpleasant experience. read more

I'm really not a hard person to please when I go shopping however I have a very low tolerance for poor customer service. I went to Neiman Marcus Last Call for the first time today during my lunch hour. I am not a browser. I know what I am looking for so I knew I could be in and out in less than an hour and even have time to grab subway (don't judge) on my way out. I found 2 dresses and 2 clutches. The dresses were under the 35% off lowest price. One is the bags was too and one was 60% off since it was clearance. Just when we were on a roll being rung up, one of the dresses rang up $49...that was $15 more than the tagged price. What? The cashier didn't seem to know how to handle. She called a manager and seemed to struggle with making the override. She then told me we would have to go to customer service. I asked if it would take long because I needed to go back to work. She didn't seem to care. She walked up to customer care and another woman said I would have to get in line. I was already in line...and now I was annoyed. I told her I couldn't wait. I needed to leave. I told her just to forget about it. They looked at me like I was wrong for expecting the prices to ring correctly and to have to move from register to register only to be told I would need to wait in line again. I gave the 2 stars because the woman in the dressing room was friendly. I loved the dresses, but it is highly annoying when they look at you like you did something wrong when you expect the prices to ring up correctly especially since the cashier needs to look at the tag when she scans! I have been going to the neiman Marcus sawgrass for almost two decades. If I remember correctly this location is different than the previous location within the mall. As sawgrass has changed so have the flagship stores. Neiman has tons of stuff specially for women and is located close to grand Lux and pf changs so you can get a bite to eat and than go shopping or vice versa. Compared to saks neiman is a little more expensive but you can always find deals at both stores depending on the time of the year specially during the holiday season. read more

This place is lethal to the aspiring upscale shopper. For shoppers with champagne tastes on beer-value budgets, this place is real baaaaaad. If you come prepared, you can score some major deals if you're willing to snoop and peruse among the aisles. I couldn't believe some of the excellent discounts I found here. The house wares had some excellent graphic design houseware at the $20-25 range which were originally $40+ upwards. Designer scented candles were stocked with generous discounts. In the housewares section, you'll find the type of products you'd buy for a friend for a future birthday/holiday occasion. The purse section had some major bargains: Marc Jacobs at 20-40% off! Unbelievable. I nearly bought one on sight. But then I had to comparison shop at Nordstrom Off the Rack, ha ha. This place is really worth a look. read more

I live in West Palm Beach and travel to Sunrise, Florida because of such amazing service until last week when customer service by Karen in handbags was not there to make customer support happy.. I left without merchandise then to add insult to injury she said the manager returns Tuesday (3/29/16) and he will call but NEVER called... I received an email and put items in the shopping cart. I didn't check them out for a day, and received an email that items were in the cart and they offered a $25. Discount if I checked out. I tried to do this but it wouldn't accept it. I got on an online chat with them and was told my items were discounted so they couldn't honor it. Everything there is discounted. This has happened many times and have now canceled my Neimans card. Obviously they do so well they don't need my business. When I called to cancel my charge account they couldn't have cared less. I was gifted a purse for Christmas and about two wears later, the button broke. I thought "okay no big deal I'm sure they'll let me exchange it no problem". Wrong. I spoke to the purse manager and she informed me that because it was "final sale", I couldn't exchange my damaged bag. The only option I had was to send it out for repair for one-two months. Absolutely not!! This was a gift I received. Who would want to ship their bag out for that long for just a broken button. In one to two months you can make a whole new bag. All I wanted was to get a new bag just like anyone else. Shame that it was bought at this store and not the actual Longchamp store. They would exchange it for me happily if it was purchased at their personal store. Overall very unhappy. read more

This is one of my FAVE Last Call's, second only to Last Call Grapevine Mills. This store is always stocked with the best of the best from its mainline store and Bergdorf's. Expect to find Louboutin, Celine, Tom Ford and a wide range of other designers at this location and expect to find it at 25% off or more! Have some patience because you may have to wait a minute or two to get into the glass cases. However, I've always had the best service experience at this location and it's the first place I go when entering the mall. 5-stars ALL the way! read more

Consistently HORRIFIC customer service at this NM Last Call location. The sales associates are extremely cliquish and choose to stand around and gossip with one another rather than assist customers. If you DARE attempt to ask for assistance of any kind you will become the victim of eye-rolls and "I don't knows". One associate even shouted "NO!" at me before I attempted to ask her a question regarding the handbag discount sign listed above and advertised heavily. I called for management re:this issue, he was very understanding and assured me that he would take steps to correct the matter. He also mentioned that this was in no way an isolated incident. It happens all the time. If you would rather shop online, I would suggest NOT doing a ship to store. They use a carrier that won't deliver to their door and they refuse to pick up YOUR package from the post office within the same mall! Laziness, rudeness and complete disregard for the customer here. VERY BAD customer service.. I stopped in the other night for some of the Black Friday sales and had a very bad experience and am regretting not haven't spoken to a manager. I was checking out a very nice suit jacket in a section marked 40% of lowest marked price. I found a beautiful suit with 2 tags and the lowest one marked being $311. I couldn't believe it so just to verify before getting to the register I asked the gentleman that worked there wether this was the correct price and he reassured me that it was the correct price and on top it would be 40% off. So I wait in a very long Black Friday line with my new suit and I get to the register and the salesperson tells me that they have to call to find out the price of the suit because their were too many tags and just wanted to verify. Low and behold they come back with the jacket and tell me that it's the wrong price and it shouldn't be on the jacket so they ripped off the tag and then try to charge me $800. I can understand not giving me the 40% but atleast honor the 311 price that was tagged on your jacket by your employee. When I worked in retail if a product was tagged incorrectly they would honor the price on the tag out of their error. I was astonished when they just ripped off the cheaper price tag and walked away. This left me very upset and I won't be shopping there anymore since they can't put the correct price on their products read more
