I started by carving the ring out of a block of wax and then brought it to him for his advice and expertise. Together, we selected a stone that my fiancée absolutely fell in love with. I'm hoping I'll get the chance to spend some time behind the bench and do even more of the custom work myself. Ballard & Ballard also has a texting system where I can discuss further purchase and timeline details. Overall, it was very convenient and gave us time to decide. Guy was also very helpful. He worked with us on selecting the best quality diamond for our budget. After everything was finalized, it took them about a day to get the engagement ring ready for pickup just in time for me to go propose on our vacation.
