We came down to SoCal from the Bay Area on a five day vacation trip with the idea of stopping by PBD in Huntington Beach to look at engagement rings and wedding bands. Jackie was able to get us an engagement ring sized up for us to take home before the trip was over. On top of that, the day we picked up the engagement ring, which was one day before we were supposed to leave SoCal, we decided to get two wedding bands and Jackie was able to accommodate us and have them sized and ready for pick up before returning to NorCal instead of having them shipped. Jackie was very knowledgeable in styling the stacked rings and also gave us great recommendations of places to visit while in the Anaheim/Rowland Heights/Tustin area.
