We are a Huntington Beach jewelry store specializing in engagement rings, loose diamonds, and custom designs. Our history of making engagement rings and fine jewelry has been conducted since 1984. Our jewelry is hand crafted with no less than colorless and eye clean diamonds. It is our first priority to make diamond buying an enjoyable experience for all of our customers. Every staff member is equipped with a GIA standard of knowledge for diamonds to help educate our clients and assist them in choosing the diamond that is best suited for their desire and budget. Chloe from Princess Bride Diamonds made our shopping experience truly fantastic. My fiancé and I started shopping for diamonds for our engagement ring about two months ago. At this point, we knew very little about diamonds and the diamond industry, just some basic ranking information used by the diamond certification groups. We came into Princess Bride Diamonds and Chloe immediately began pulling out different types, cuts, classifications of diamonds to show us. She spent two hours with us that first day just helping us get a better understanding and idea of what exactly we wanted. My husband and I, of 24 years, recently decided to shop for a new center stone for my wedding set. Five years ago the center stone fell out and was never found. We finally decided it was time to replace the center stone. Since I assured my, then "fiancé", that I was as sure about the wedding set he bought me as I was about marrying him, we decided to stick with the old setting rather than trading it in for something new, but get a larger center stone. Princess Bride had a nice selection of diamonds and in just the right cut, color and clarity we were looking for. The center basket which holds the center stone needed to be replaced to accommodate a larger stone and yet provide adequate light for optimal refraction. I was very pleased with the final product! In addition, the customer service we experienced was top notch. We were not rushed to make our decision and felt very comfortable taking our time. A locally owned and operated location is always preferable to a chain store, in my opinion. That was what first drew me into the store with my wife. I was secretly looking for a new diamond engagement ring, since we couldn't afford one when we were first married 15 before. All I can say is "WOW". The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they work with you no matter what your budget. The only advice I can offer is to be honest. I'm sure you want to get the best jewelry for your money, and no one wants to visit a seller that tries to push you into more than you can handle. My long time jeweler retired few years ago and I started coming to Princess Bride upon recommendation of a girlfriend who bought jewelry there before . I met Lisa the owner and some of the staff and I couldn't say enough about how friendly and helpful they all were on my first visit. Since then, I've made purchases , had several rings re-sized, a diamond ring gift of my mother re-designed by Lisa. I even brought my daughter there for re-sizing and purchases . We were both extremely pleased with the whole staff, who are not just courteous and friendly, they made us feel very welcome, remember my name the next time I was there for business or even just for a look-see, and invariably, offer to clean jewelries that I am wearing that day for free! The best experience I could ask for! The entire team at Princess Bride Diamonds was extremely helpful, supportive, and wonderful throughout the entire process. I wanted a custom designed engagement ring for my fiancé and Ashley and Lisa were able to bring my ideas to life.
