I maintained the pool for more than 20 years on my own including the DE filter cleaning. In addition, a pool store asked me if I would consider working for them because I knew so much about pools. I needed to put that in caps so everyone knows how honest he is. I call him with ridiculous questions and he never makes me feel like I am bothering him. He is always extremely friendly and kind. He has won my business and referrals for life!!!!! He also recommended an installer (Gerber) who replaced my liner who is amazing as well. He fixed an improperly Installed pool that was 10 years old.
