We shopped at 3 different hot tub showrooms and Royal Pools and Spas was the only one to offer a "wet test." (Thank you, Leslie!) I really wanted to see if we could clearly feel the effect of these cool interchangeable "jet packs." The answer is YES! You must experience the Four Oscillator 201 jet pack. It really gives you a kneading back massage, as long as you want, where you want it. The waterfall, beyond being merely cool, really gets hot water to muscles on the upper neck and back of the head. When you turn off the waterfall feature, it has 4 firm jets which really get into your back. The Neck Blaster jet pack does the job well. You will want 1 lounge chair, but you don't need 2. The lounge chair gets jets on your legs, feet and back, at the same time. Besides being relaxing, warming and de-stressing, it provides real hydrotherapy for sore muscles after vigorous exercise, yoga, muscles damaged from surgery, aches and pains from previous car accident or other trauma, arthritis, etc. The design and engineering of the bullfrog hot tub are praise-worthy. I appreciate all the thoughtful details: the external and internal lights, lighted cup rests, arm rests, wrist jets, hip jets, foot jets, control valves on each jet pack, easy to understand control panel. Kudos! Hey Bullfrog designers and engineers: Could you possibly relocate the bottom drain from the bottom of the sidewall to the flat bottom of the tub for better draining, so we don't need to use buckets, a shop vac or spa pump to drain the water? Royal Pools provides a starter spa chemical kit, steps to get in and out, a cover and lifter arm. Make sure to ask for the handrail, too. You will need and use it. BONUS: As an experienced CPA tax specialist in Staatsburg, NY, I can say that this spa is definitely TAX DEDUCTIBLE, by individuals and businesses, according to the Internal Revenue code. Make sure you take advantage of this. What could be better than a government tax deduction/subsidy of YOUR hot tub? Now, we spend more time outdoors, during the day and at night, and we feel better. This hot tub was one of the best decisions we've ever made! Thank you, Royal Pools and Bullfrog. Best wishes, Robert Greene CPA CMA

We moved up to Carmel this past spring - the previous owner of our house had tried for weeks to set up a cleaning, but couldn't get anyone to respond, so they purchased a gift certificate from Schech's for the cost of opening the pool and gave it to us when we closed on the house. My husband called several times and tried to get someone from Schech's service to commit to an appointment. After receiving no reply, he made a trip to the store in person. The salespeople said they would communicate with service, but we never received a reply. I finally sent an email to the website to see if anyone would reply, and received a response from Barbara Schech-Freer. I replied that we had a gift certificate and were extremely flexible on which date the opening would take place, only asking that they put us on the schedule as soon as possible. A week went by with no response, so I emailed a final time to ask for the cash value of the gift certificate, since we were forced to go elsewhere to have the pool opened. No reply to my second email was ever received. I understand that it's a very busy time of year for the business, but it shouldn't be this challenging to receive a simple reply. If they had told us they weren't able to take us on as a client, I would have understood and not written this review. To completely ignore us this way speaks volumes about the importance they place on customer service, and so I suppose it's just as well we signed a contract with Strongman Pool Service instead. Strongman's team is prompt, thorough, reliable, and reasonable. They send us an email with a photo of our pool after every service call, along with detailed notes about what was done and results for each water test. If you own a pool in Carmel, you have options other than Schech's. Based on my experience, I highly recommend you explore those other options.

Kory Pools has a message that says you will get a faster response when you send a text. I sent a text asking about their price to close the pool, when they could do it and what will they do. Several days later I received a text stating how much they charge. Kory promised to send a list of what they do when closing a pool but never did. I sent a second text asking when could they come and close the pool. Kory replied on Tuesday October 6th. I waited all day and Kory Pools never showed up nor they call or text me that they weren't coming to close the pool. This is absolutely the worst pool service I've ever dealt with. I will find another pool service to close my pool. I highly recommend that you do not use this pool company.

Presumably this is because of the proximity to City Of Poughkeepsie, but I see no reason for it. This location has a bit of a confusing situation because you really need to remember which entrance you use so you can get back to your vehicle without having to circle the entire building with an overflowing cart of groceries. They are pros and cons to shopping here. Staff is extremely friendly to the point where you feel like you're at a neighborhood small grocery. But this place is massive with an abundance of imports and unique offerings from around the region. I belong to a farm cooperative, so I don't usually need vegetables. However, in this case, I did shop produce to locate some organic options to serve with the scallops and shrimp. The presentation is wonderful, but the prices are outrageous. Year over year, the same items that I purchased at Adam have increased by at least 30%. Some of that is due to the current geopolitics, but some of it is just plain exorbitant pricing. My purchase: A stop at Seafood to make sure they had 2 pounds of sea scallops approximately $24 per pound- wild caught. And the colossal shrimp more than $20 per pound also wild caught. Next stop a birthday cake - everything looks wonderful and I'm sure that there are items that are not mass produced with lots of fillers, but idea say that they probably use the same cake mixes as the less pricey supermarkets. Regardless, I had no time to bake so I picked up a 6 inch carrot cake - $26. And a fresh fruit tart 9 inch $29. Ouch, one note about the fruit tart is that the strawberries were not hold which makes for very.com cumbersome dining. You serve a lovely piece of fruit tart, and your guest has to dissect the strawberry to take the leaves off. It doesn't look that great and it is not appetizing. A quick stop to pick up organic broccoli. What the heck! Roughly $12 for two bunches of broccoli. I must be out of my mind. It was a birthday and I don't have any broccoli at home so I bit the bullet Over to the cheese counter where you can find exceptional values, and Exceptional imports My pic today was Bulgarian feta cheese, which is not easy to find, a beautiful French Camembert, and a block of Gouda. A loaf of bread, and a quick run to the clearance section at the back of the store where I scored pretty well with about 2 pounds of beautiful grapes for two dollars and a dragon fruit for under two dollars. A 12 pack of Parker General rolls $2.50 a quick run past the pasta department for the Italian produced linguine and onto the cash register. My cart was full and I knew my wallet would be empty soon so I headed home. Shopping at Adams is an experience rather than a chore. Please don't go on an empty stomach because you will soon regret it. You're not gonna find samples here for tasting, but you can ask at the cheese counter if you're not sure about a potential purchase and they will oblige. I do .
