We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage. And one that i will not accept moving forward. And no, Donna R., I'm not calling the office to discuss. I don't need to hear you explain the policy again. It is what it is. DAMAGED VINTAGE PUCCI DRESS, UNAUTHORIZED TAILORING OF THE HEM…read more Dropped a dress off for a spot treatment for a stain on the top of the dress. As shown on my receipt asked for spot treatment only, hand wash only, and delicate care of vintage item. Upon pick up was charged $400 and when asked about the price difference they told me that was for the tailoring. They tailored my vintage dress without my permission, likely due to damage to the dress while in their care. Upon inspection, they hemmed the bottom of the dress without ever having me try it on. Then tried on the dress and it was nearly 6 inches shorter than the dress I dropped off. I asked them to restore the dress to original condition. The issue was then escalated to Leah (manager) and Mr. Hallak. What they returned was appalling. Not only did it somehow look worse with weird mismatching fabric that I am not sure where they got it from it had new damage, stains, and looked absolutely horrible. They single handed ruined an irreplaceable, special vintage Pucci piece. No effort was made to actually remedy the HUGE mistake of their end or explanation of why the dress was even altered in the first place. They only agreed to refund $400 dry cleaning amount, nothing for damaging my dress. IF YOU CARE ABOUT SOMETHING DO NOT BRING IT HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE IT. THEN PROCEED TO TELL YOU IT LOOKS THE SAME. STAY AWAY!!! Provided before and after pictures for your reference, absolutely criminal!!!
