They do not book appts on top of each other where the Dr spare you mere seconds or pass you off to their PA(s). I've only been here 2 x so far and Dr. Rosenberg have been very attentative. The staff ( person that draws blood/ekg, etc) were different both time so this a negative if they are constantly changing staff. The one challenge with this office is no one answers the phone. you must leave a message for a call back. But in order ot leave message, you must listen through a very looooong recorded message where they run thru all of the options "true emergency" "ambulance number" "oncall doctor number", etc. etc. The leave a message option is alllllllll the way at the end of the recording. This becomes a huge problem where you have to sit on the phone. Frankly it is very time consuming to even have to make a call these days or play phone tags. Most dr office have email address where you can simply email. here is is fax or snailmail. Hope email option can be implemented soon. Appts can be made thru zocdoc so this is helpful!

Don't expect any assistance from his office in navigating the difficult and confusing world of the medical and insurance sphere. He didn't take coverage that less-fortunate people might be more likely to possess for as long as I can remember, and recently, he stopped taking what many older and retired people rely on. Considering this, how he actually has more than a handful of patients is a mystery. I guess there are a enough old rich folks falling for his palaver to keep it afloat. Although he himself might seem personable, his office must truly be a reflection of him and his inner character. His practice kept hounding me for a small copay bill during the covid pandemic, for a procedure done years before, when I could have been already been sick and dead. You can not expect to get a call back from him personally regarding medical questions, and his staff is liable to hang up on you. If he spends lots of time with patients, that's news to me, as I felt rushed at the end of the visit, ushered away to make room for people with far deeper pockets. After a while, one might come to the realization that his practice only cares about convenience for him and money. Typical. I haven't been to him in years and don't miss the experience, including the 2.5 hour waits, at all. Atrocious and unprofessional, and definitely not worth the overpaying you'll wind up doing for overpriced and unnecessary testing. Maybe his son will be better when he inevitably takes over the practice, but I'm not holding my breath.

They do not take any new patients with out one, I wasn't told that the day I personally made the appointment at his office. Besides that, his office do not follow the COVID-19 guidelines. Too many patients inside on a small waiting section without proper ventilation, too hot that I had to takeoff my overcoat. Patients not wearing a mask and seating too close to each other. I left and happy that that I did, thinking if this is the outside his office I'm wondering how are his inpatients rooms?? I wrote him a personal letter in which I never received a reply.
