This is the second North Las Vegas location that I've been to. It was easy to find and close to where I live, so already five stars for that. The staff helps you find an open parking spot and I didn't wait long for someone to come to my car and get my info. Minutes later, I had my latest purchase and I was on my way. I can see why people are addicted to NA!

My friend stopped by here on our way back to Vegas from Mesquite to pick up a pair of cowboy boots he won for $10.00. The employee's were really quick to get his boots out to the car, 5 stars for that. But the listing said they were brand new but once we go them home & he inspected them you could tell that they had been worn due to the dirt on the bottom of them. The boots were still in good shape & it seemed that maybe someone had done a little walking in them. No need to return them but the listing should have been honest & stated that they were "used, like new." I'm all about honesty.

Juicer, won for $31!

I have a feeling that you learn of this place through word-of-mouth. It's an auction site and they have their own app. Items are up for auction and you have a limited amount of time to bid on an item. You have an opportunity to increase your bid throughout the amount of hours that your item is up for auction. If you win a bid, then you have to agree to pick up your item by a certain date and time. There are a couple of different places in town that you can pick up your items from and you can bid on items specifically from your preferred location. I won a mini-grinder for $37 which retails for $45. The description said that all of the parts were there and it was in working condition. After I picked it up, however it was missing parts and while it would turn on, you couldn't use it without the parts that were missing so I had to return it. The second thing I won was a juicer. It looks like it has all the parts looks, didn't even look like it was used before. I'm hoping that it works when I plug it in and try it. You have 7 days to return an item. This is a great place to check for things you may be looking for, before you pay full price. Parking spots are numbered and when you pull in, they come up to your window take your phone number and retrieve your item for you so you don't even have to leave your car. It is a streamlined pick-up process, brilliant on Amazon's part. I will definitely be searching here again in the near future!

Nellis Auction is fun and amazing. Has so many valuable items. No hassle return. Easy to bid.

Complete misrepresentation of the truth. Large percentage of items are broken, half full, missing parts, non-functional but they list them as new 5 star. They reply with cut and paste templates and have ZERO concern about wasting your time and money driving to pick up items they lied about. Save your time money and efforts. Go somewhere else where they value their customers and have integrity. Here's a classic description from the ignorant Nellis lazy incompetents. Description says statue has broken leg but they list it as new, 5 star, no damage, functional. And this is one of their better efforts. Usually they don't identify the damage. https://nellisauction.com/p/Hi-Line-Gift-Ltd-Sitting-Doberman-Pinscher-Dog-Statue-ONE-LEG-IS/114514764

So they were very quick but when it comes to letting you leave, they let everybody that's coming in park. You could be waiting for three minutes. You could be waiting for 15 minutes. They do not let you go until everyone they see coming parks and even then you have a small window, so I was trying to back up and the workers were standing behind my car then one moved and one of them decided to stop like three or four of them stopped behind my car when I was trying to back up one was bending over, tying her shoe. It wouldn't let me go out a certain way. It was very frustrating to be honest with you, but the girl standing behind my car as I was trying to leave I couldn't even get out of the parking spot because she would not move. She seen me backing up and intentionally stopped behind a car and bent over. The person that was letting people in they need to learn how to properly direct traffic they wouldn't let anybody backing up or leave at all like I said it was very frustrating. They let at least 1015 cars park and it's weird because there was time in between but they would stand behind cars when they were backing up so it was making it extra extra hard and there's plenty of different spots to be standing. It's odd their behavior is truly odd. I will not be shopping from two of them out of the floor now. They have cool stuff but the workers give you a horrible experience. I don't know. It's weird the way they act their actions are just truly odd. It's like they try to bully you or I don't know it's weird. It's truly just weird.

Its says brandnew on the description. DOES THIS LOOK BRANDNEW? Even for a slight use it wont pass. WOW

Love buying stuff from here, only downside is how rude a lot of the people that are picking up…read moretheir stuff are. From parking to just walking around. They don't say excuse me they don't care about anybody but themselves. AGAIN IM ONLY TALING ABOUT THE ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. The workers are awesome and super nice. I only wish they had more so I can check out faster cause that line gets long as hell at noon.

1 Star Mac.Bid gives…read morecustomers three days to pick up their purchases before items are restocked and additional fees may apply. On Day 2, my wife went to pick up my items for me and was turned away because she was not listed as an authorized pickup person. While I understand that policy, the problem was that customer service is nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails are not responded to in a timely manner. On Day 3, after finally making contact, I was granted a one-week extension to pick up my items. Based on that assurance, I made the trip to both the Henderson and North Las Vegas locations the very next day. Neither location had my items available, despite the extension that had been approved. I later learned that my items had been relisted and resold. Not only did Mac.Bid keep my payment, but they also kept the proceeds from reselling the same items. To make matters worse, my account was suspended during this process. This issue has now dragged on for weeks. Customer service still has not provided a meaningful response, and when I speak with managers at the pickup locations, they simply tell me to contact customer service. They acknowledge that customer service is difficult to reach and often does not respond, yet no one is willing or able to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions given to me, obtained an approved extension, and made multiple attempts to retrieve my items. Instead, my items were resold, my money was kept, my account was suspended, and I have been left without answers. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Also very rude managers

Always a pleasure picking up my purchases from Clark County Public Auction. Sometimes the wait can…read morebe long, but they always have people working hard to collect your items. It's nice when they remember your name, which Daniel and Steve always do.

Do NOT hire this auction house!…read more I wish we had read reviews and researched this company before hiring them to manage our estate auction. There are many poor reviews from people who have purchased auction items but not much here from those who auctioned items off. I'm sure our negative experience dealing with them will come as no surprise. After rescheduling twice, they showed up to our home on a Friday to inventory items for our estate sale. By late afternoon they were half way through and said they'd be back Monday. Both times they showed up they were extremely rude to me, my girlfriend and my 90 year old uncle. My Aunt recently passed and had an extensive collection of glassware, sculptures and original art. My uncle tried to tell them about some of the more valuable items, thinking that this information, such as the artist's name or sculpture's orgin or pointing out something important, like showing them the handle on a ceramic vase was cracked - he thought this would be helpful for potential bidders to know. He wasn't trying to talk their ear off. I was there to make sure of this! For the most part, he was very respectful and stayed out of their way. Whenever he would tryto tell them anything about any items they were prepping for sale they were extremely rude - either completely ignoring him or getting very short and snappy. While we were in the garage we heard them taking a break outside and discussing amongst themselves what a pain it was to be working with so many items in a small, cluttered house and saying rude things about some statues that were clearly replicas and being sold as such. This really infuriated me because we are their client. Why come into our home to work with us and bring an attitude? I had a horrible feeling about them and wanted to call it off right then. They were nothing but nice and professional when we called to inquire about their services, but they are very slick with the contracts and paperwork and once you sign your life away there is no turning back and they know that they can treat you however they please - like garbage - and there's not a thing you can do about that! The 2nd day they came back to finish what they started was even worse. One hour into it they tell us items they had on Friday have been moved or missing. Since they just dumped stuff on the floor and throughout the hallway, yes, we did move some things but they left items stacked and totally blocked the only path to the bathroom! My Uncle is 90. He has mobility issues and when we explained this, we were told that we could have gotten a hotel room for the duration of the sale and time that they were there to work. Well, I'm sorry but we didn't feel comfortable just letting all these strangers in our house unsupervised. After showing them where wed moved the things left in the hall, they yelled at us not to touch anything again. They went back to work then went to lunch. Upon returning from lunch they called my uncle over to talk to him in private and accused us all of stealing items he'd had out for auction on Friday. They got into it with us and insisted that there was stuff missing. My Uncle had some friends of his over to visit during the weekend and he had someone there dropping off meals and doing food delivery. They demanded the names and phone numbers of everyone who was at the house over the weekend so that they could call them to inquire about the items they thought were gone and demand things be returned. This was crazy because they really had no clue what the items even were that they thought people stole! They kept bullying my uncle to provide this information and called his friends who just thought this was very strange since they never took anything from the house. When no one fessed up since no on had taken anything they went on to accuse my Uncle of cheating them out of profits because if these people didnt have anything then obviously my Uncle sold things over the weekend and now he needed to tell them exactly what was sold off behind their backs! I kid you not. This was so unhinged. We were in shock and disbelief that a company who is supposedly a professional auction house would be acting like a bunch of thugs. My Uncle was so upset that he called my cousin in Flordia and after hearing his side of what was going on, she took it upon herself to call for a police welfare check on him because these people were yelling at him and physically getting in our faces making threats. The police didn't exactly know what to make of this either. They basically took our side telling the organizers to settle down or else they would ask them to leave the property. Talk about trashy! His neighbors knew he was holding an estate auction. When they see the police show up, they want to know what all was going on. This was just so embarrassing- over NOTHING. keep in mind they'd already logged about 300 or so different items! They told the police they needed to file a police report but
