Because of this, the IRS disallowed my withholding credits, my refund was never issued, and my account was flagged for lien/levy action. When I notified co-founder Tom Conradt about the errors, he responded that my email was "not sufficient in terms of credibility or specificity" rather than investigating his own firm's mistake. I've spent months correcting their errors myself, filing an amended return and complaints with the IRS and DORA. They market themselves as having tax lawyers and CPAs, but my return was prepared with apparently no CPA review despite a CPA being CC'd on my emails. AVOID THIS FIRM!

To dodge calls and pick up on first ring when I call from a different number and then come up with an excuse that you are out of the office when your website shows you are in today 12/22/22 9am to 5pm: April through to December, is dissappointing and really an unnecessary waste of time. I am fully responsible for the delays in my filings and to help avoid further delays, just be upfront with clients, it really saves them time, as well as you and is only professional to do vs. the intentional screening of calls. I now know that you will not work with clients faced with financial challenges, which is fine and really could have just been quicker to say it right away vs. avoiding my calls and only responding to my email when I called. Times are tough for everyone so I do not hold your decision not to consider service at a discounted rate, against you. I don't even know your current pricing to be honest, it may be over the $500 that I paid a couple of years back, but sadly I never even got to that discussion.
