The web site said that they were open but no one was there. No sign on the door "Back in 10 minutes" or anything like that. So I got back in my car and called. No answer. I left a VM. Did hear back in the late afternoon, that maybe the receptionist had locked the door and gone to the restroom or something. OK, but she should have left a note. I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. She double checked her work and handled my private information appropriately, shredding it immediately after she was done.
