In the end, I needed surgery on both eyes. And, there was some sense of urgency. The office was able to schedule both procedures (each eye had to be done on separate days). The surgery was relatively painless (the laser stung a little). And, everything has been great since then. I'm moving my optical and ophthalmological business to her. They are professional and very competent.
