She has been the most incredible, hospitable, understanding, sweet, outgoing, helpful, and accommodating person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. We got approved within 24 hours. We were able to put a deposit down and sign the lease shortly after. It was a quick meeting and all details were explained precisely. A week later we were able to get the keys. The whole process was smooth and quick, no long waits. We filled out almost everything electronically which made the process straightforward and hassle free. Our experience with the property management owners Anthony and his wife have been professional and also friendly. They were very prompt in communication and quickly provided all the resources needed in order to move forward with renting the property. Do not do business with these people.!!!!!…read more Thought I'd share a message I sent to them! After two weeks and $160 in application fees. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor communication from your rental company, we are no longer interested in renting this property. The extended delay in processing our application--despite submitting all requested documents within 24 hours--is unacceptable. It should not take two weeks to review a complete application. Additionally, the failure to respond promptly to emails and text messages raises serious concerns about how future issues would be handled. This lack of responsiveness gives us little confidence in your ability to support tenants if problems arise. I strongly suggest improving communication practices and setting clear expectations for applicants moving forward. They are just prolonging application process to collect application fees from other tenants !!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! The worst ever!!!
