I will admit my appointment time was scheduled at 5:20 and the time I got to the property was 5:26, the representative that was contacting me through text was very unprofessional. I didn't get a name, but they did not greet me instead just texted saying that they were on the property. After I greeted them and informed them that I would be there shortly then gave me a shorthanded response asking for an ETA. I then responded informing them. I was less than five minutes away and even asked if that was Okay and there response was a threat to leave if I didn't show up. Someone who has worked in customer service their whole life, I understand the frustrations of someone who is late but a 5 minute delay is definitely not a big deal in my book Especially if they gave you a heads up. The representative did apologize for being rude(which I thanked them for), but at that point, I went ahead and canceled the appointment because I was no longer interested in renting the property or viewing it. I hope in the future a situation like mine is approached the appropriate way especially for someone who may be a Potential tenant. Also the representative then said I was not at the right property, which I was and then blatantly lied and said they had been waiting for 15 minutes which was absolutely not true. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. The extended delay in processing our application--despite submitting all requested documents within 24 hours--is unacceptable. It should not take two weeks to review a complete application. Additionally, the failure to respond promptly to emails and text messages raises serious concerns about how future issues would be handled. This lack of responsiveness gives us little confidence in your ability to support tenants if problems arise. I strongly suggest improving communication practices and setting clear expectations for applicants moving forward. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.

Rented a house through this realtor for 18 months. Just 2 friends in professional jobs, with no…read morepets, no kids. Needless to say, the older lady who runs the office has the demeanor of Roz from Monsters Inc, and always answers the phone like she's angry you even called (called maybe 3 or 4 times in an 18 month period). When we moved in, there was dog hair painted into the window sills, cockroaches in the pantry and bathroom vanity, big freaking black widow spiders in every corner of the garage, and sawdust in most of the corners of the living room. I cleaned up their mess myself, because it was only a 1 hour job, and I like to rely on myself. I've always left my prior rentals as clean, or cleaner than when I moved in. I even hired a professional cleaner on our move out this time, because I got the impression Premier would shake us down for all they could. The cleaners did an incredibly thorough job, including deep cleaning the carpet for $353. The place was cleaner than when we moved in. We also hired a pest control company to take care of our roach and spider problem the duration of our occupation. I just got what was left of our $1700 security deposit in the mail. They ended up hiring a carpet cleaner anyways ($250), a deep cleaner ($200), and a bunch of other simple "repairs", paint touch ups, rekeying, and lightbulb replacements for $285. Most rental agencies would call this natural "wear and tear", and include it in the rent. I do not recommend Premier Properties to anyone. I have been through 3 moves in the last 5 years, due to medical school and residency, and I've never had an agency nickle-and-dime me the way this one did. If you read the other reviews, you'll notice the great majority of positive ones are from property owners and not renters. Property owners may have a good experience, but as a renter you'll loose more money than it's worth
