    purchased vehicle oct. 17, 2022. on oct. 19, lights come on, loud roaring sound, take car back to…read moredealership. owner says it is fine, lights come on and off. not to worry. i paid 6,500 and 1,000 cash down to finance this car for 4 years. and 2 days later oct. 19, 2022 , lights come, and loud noise. i took car to auto zone to get a diagnostic test on this car. auto zone was shocked to tell me there was a lot of issues and mechanical failures on this car. i took the list i got from auto zone, back to dealership , was about 13 problems wrong with this car, and 3 mechanics said the same thing that there were lot of mechanical issues wrong with this car. i told them here is the list, and i want my money back tomorrow morning, owner was not in. i went back to dealership on thursday oct. 20, 2022 to get my money back and to cancel contract, which could be done through this finance company. the owner would not give me my refund, and said that the 1,000 was sent to the finance company, that was a lie. the dealer keeps the 1,000 cash i gave them, finance company only finances the total owed by the buyer. the dealer keeps the money and the dealer told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, that it was issues from a year ago. what a liar and crooks this dealership does to trusting people who just want and need a good reliable car to travel to see babysit grandson. . i called the finance company to verify the lies told by this dealership. finance company told me the dealer can cancel my contract and give me back my refund. i asked if the car had any major issues, and was told another lie, that it did not have issues. what dealer would lie to a customer??? a greedy, money type of people who take a trusting woman who is desperately in need of a car, and scam her out of 1,000 of her social secuirty money. they just don't care about anyone when selling a vehicle to a woman. be aware of this dealership when trying to buy a reliable car. i wish i had never trusted or gone there. but i needed a car quickly. this is what happens when you are desperate for a car. the dealers take advantage of that . and scam you. please do not shop here. they will not give me my money back and do the right thing. just crooks and scammers. i can't believe they would do this, but they did it to me, i trusted the friendly nice people they appeared to have presented to me., but they are not. hope this does not happen to anyone else. please be careful that you don't losee all your savings to this dealership.

    The service department personnel are rude and very unprofessional. The service manager is inept and…read morea very poor communicator. They over charge and wonder why the warranty companies won't pay their maximum "list" or "MLP" costs. NO BODY PAYS LIST PRICE FOR ANYTHING AND NO ONE CHARGES LIST PRICE. They do!! They had my vehicle for almost 9 months. The repairs did not solve the problems and then they had to do more and more. All the while taking longer and increasing the cost. Why would anyone pay for work that wasn't effective and solve the real Issue. It went from timing parts to the cam and failed a road test!! Then it was the whole motor!! It took a month for the mechanic to bring HIS ENGINE STAND so he could continue working. Meanwhile, I'm paying g the truck payment, warranty premium and insurance on a vehicle I haven't been able to drive for 9 months! I need my truck for work! I've paid over $8000 on the truck I can't use! Then they all of a-sudden have it done and I need to pick it up the next day and pay for it first! I had to ask for a statement because they didn't provide it in the emails. They sent me one for over $10,000 then within minutes sent another statement for over $21,000!!! They suck!! Take your vehicle somewhere else!!!

    The ONLY reason we went to this dealership was due to personal reasons (having to have someone from…read moreNC come up to sign off on the car we were trading). From the get go it was unpleasant. They saw my boyfriend's credit score and immediately snubbed him. Now w my credit score we could get anything on the lot... Their words. We choose the car we wanted, did all things and left with a used 2020 vehicle with a little over 32k miles. Thirty minutes down the road the check engine light came on. We called the dealership and we're advised to take it to Advance Auto and have them run the code. On the same day the car started having other electrical issues & messages. We got the car home to Roanoke safely and called Monday. After speaking with the sales man & sales manager for 30 mins they finally decided to let us take it to local shop and work with them. I also called and left a message with the general manager to call me (he was on vacation). My local dealership couldn't recreate the issues but did note the parking brake wasn't working and the oil hadn't been changed. I had to return to Martinsville the following weekend to get the tags which wasn't an issue because we were going to NC as we have family there. I tried to give them the records from my shop to show what they did, they didn't want them. Nelson now wants us to bring the vehicle back to them to see if the can recreate the electrical issues and fix the parking brake. I get that this is where I purchased the car from but they aren't taking my time & gas which is money into consideration. No rental while it's being looked at.... Nothing!! AND.... To find out the general manager has been back from vacation and still hasn't returned my call. I've dealt with many dealerships in my time and this was by far the WORST experience I've ever had!! Steer clear!! Update..... I called Mr Jack as requested from a review left Google. He was supposed to call me back about coming to get the car, doing the repairs and bringing it back to me. 4 days later I've yet to hear back AND have yet to hear from the General Manager. These people do not care about their customers.... It's all about the sale/money. STEER CLEAR!!!
