They showed up on time with all the right equipment, including a basket lift and a wood chipper, and got right to work. John and another crew member were up in the tree cutting back some heavy branches that were extending over our neighbor's house, and the ground crew coordinated smoothly with them to get the limbs down safely and into the chipper.
