What really stood out was how meticulous they were about getting our fireplace prep done right, especially making sure our contractor used the right insulation material so we wouldn't be dealing with bad smells down the road. They'd seen jobs where the wrong material was used and it turned out badly, and they made sure that didn't happen to us. It's rare to see guys who take this much pride in their work, and you can tell they're one of the few who actually want things done right.
