Our roofer identified the problem as being with a leaking sprinkler in our attic. (News to us as we didn't even know they were there.) Kudos to Ryan for trying to get someone out the same day we called, but alas he couldn't make that happen. Gabriel and associate were out the next business day and not only replaced the offending sprinker head, but the other two as a preventative measure. We hired Integrity Electric to upgrade our main electrical panel to 200 amps and install a new…read moresubpanel inside the garage. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work and the way our concerns were handled, I would not hire them again. When we returned home after the work was completed, the exterior installation looked sloppy and unfinished. There were visible gaps, messy patching, poor alignment, and they also left open holes from the exterior. The roof work was also terribly done. The patched part of the roof looks awful and is already cracking. The issue with all of this was that we weren't warned ahead of time or given any options. The owner, Jerry, admitted that the work could have been done better and looked sloppy, but his response "at least it's not on the front of the house." I've also had the work double-checked by other electricians and a roofer, who all agreed the work was incredibly sloppy. So not only did I pay extra to have this work done, I now have to pay additional money to fix the exterior and roof work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
