This is not a revolving door business which I appreciate. The dental hygienist does a amazing job at cleaning your teeth and giving tips. The dental assistant is great as well, she always ask what issues or concerns you may have before starting any procedures and, tells the dentist for his own knowledge. I was scared to have my teeth worked on due to sensitivity plus, prior experiences at other dentist offices. The dentist here made sure I was fully numb and, while he is working he lets you know exactly what he is doing. He's really good and pretty quick at getting your teeth or tooth taken care of. Dr Patel did a haphazard and perfunctory checkup and quickly recommended unnecessary interventions and an immediate consultation with a periodontist (in the American Dental network). Instead I had my x-rays sent to a highly reputed periodontist who correctly assessed my situation as under control and not in need of any of Dr Patel's suggested interventions. This agreed with the opinions of my previous dentist and periodontist. My periodontist also informed me that Dr. Patel's office had send in poor records and his assessment was both inaccurate and had missed some non periodontist related general dentistry items. I seriously doubt Dr Patel's competence and integrity; his checks were haphazard and his chart notations incorrect. He appears driven by sales and profit, not customer care. I intend to turn over records of this interaction to my lawyer; both this office and Dr Patel appear to be scamming the system rather than taking care of their patients. I would also doubt the positive reviews here..I heard one of the office staff pressuring a patient for a positive review.

My son loved the fact that he had a fish tank in the lobby like the Dr. on Nemo and I loved the fact that Dr. Kotula was so gentle and kind and funny with my son. He made the scary experience for a 4 year old entertaining, fun, and educational. My son wasn't scared one bit! He sat and played with Legos and puzzles during my exam. I was nervous as heck because I admittedly hadn't been to the dentist in some time... She was so kind and patient during my initial meeting. Answered all of my questions with no judgement. I greatly appreciated it. Especially because I was all nerves. Then I had a bunch of appointments with Dr. Horan. He was awesome! He made sure I had zero pain and was comfortable during the process! Dr. Horan and Sindy (who assisted him) calmed my nerves, and were very caring. I have also had my teeth cleaned by Trish and Sharon with a consultation with Dr. Sonntag. All were great and very informative on how to care for my teeth. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Grove Dental!

Office staff verified (twice) at that 1st visit that they would accept Aetna's proposal of $1,602. Ten days later I return for another fitting Now they tell me they are NOT sure I have Zero co-pay for the dentures they have listed at $4,800. I leave asking them to clarify all this. NOW, they receive confirmation from Aetna, my agent and I do a conference call, the person At Grove Dental again confirms I am and will not be liable for any Co-pay PRESENT DAY JULY 27th 9:30am I arrive for my designated appt, again the office manager tells me they have not received the confirmation from Aetna, THIS is now the 5th incident where Grove Dental has no ides what they are doing when it comes to patient rapport. HOW, many times must I or any patient put up with such incompetence where the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, do they not talk to each other at Grove Dental does one tech do something and not tell the others, does one office administrator do something and not write it down or tell any of the others working in the office? TODAY, the office manager wanted me to have a seat so she could go over my records, why, are yo hoping for a different result than what you already have after 5 times of quoting me and Aetna a price for your services. Five stars and close to home, so I called and left a message. Within 15 minutes, Dr. Eric Angstadt called me back. He asked if I was in pain, or if I could wait until the following day. I opted to wait. I had the pleasure of both Drs. Eric and John Angstadt attend to my broken tooth. No pain, no drilling, and it was temporarily fixed in 20 minutes! Went back a week later for a temporary crown, and once again, I had to call after-hours because of some discomfort. Dr. Eric happened to be in the office and had me come right over. A few tweaks with the drill and BAM! Problem solved! I'm not a fan of dentists, but I'm a HUGE fan of excellent customer service and response time. I'm happy to give Angstadt Family Dental five stars, my undying gratitude, and my business!

I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .
