The corn has a nice crispness to it that corn should instead of kinda mushy like most places. The elotes was not overloaded with too much mayonnaise or cheese but just the right amount to balance with the corn. Paul's is a little stand under the big tent outside and you'll see it before you walk out of the tent heading towards the building. If you like elotes, this is the place for you.
