I am dissatisfied with the incomplete services I received. The nail polish looks wrinkled on my nails, on almost all my nails. I received excuses and blaming but zero apologies and no coherent explanation. I am so disappointed with how they treat their customer. I feel I wasted 3 hours and money at this salon. Despite my hesitation to express negative feedback, I must highlight the unprofessional conduct and absence of accountability exhibited by the salon. Dip manicure was honestly horrible. 6 of my fingers were bleeding, 1 of which was not even close to my cuticle because she just cut a chunk of my skin off and kept saying "its not bleeding anymore" but every time she wiped it there was more blood... I was charged for a "gel manicure" as consolation but now I'm stuck with red, sore and irritated skin around my nails and very uneven dip application so I'm not sure how that makes sense. I got my nails done here just before I took a flight to France and the girl who did my nails was very nice and did a great job. I unfortunately cannot remember her name but she was the only one who was not Spanish speaking in there. I do recommend this place and I'm planning to go back next time I'm in Miami. I've been coming here for years and the last 3 times I have been to this nail salon, I have seen/overheard the owners acting in a manner that makes the employees there very uncomfortable. Hovering over their shoulders, threatening to shorten their break time if they run over, talking down to them, extending holiday hours (nail techs have families too!). I get the feeling that this place is nothing short of a sweat shop with a focus on profit, profit, profit. They charge brickell prices for little Havana service. Most recently I called on a Thursday to make an appt For Saturday. On Friday they called to confirm but I could not answer the phone ( I was at a funeral!). Guess what? They canceled my appt. The ladies here work SO hard and deserve to be treated with a little more dignity. Wow! Another price increase. With in a year and a half the service I do has gone up by $19. I understand that things have gone up in price but this is ridiculous. It is not like Neo Nails sets themselves apart from other nail salons and offers something extra or special to justify such a drastic increase. On the contrary I have been supergluing my nail the last week so it will not break. I have called other nail salons in the area, with great reviews, and Neo Nails is at least $10 more expensive than most other places. I have gone to Neo Nails's Brickell for a while. I personally love my manicurist she's amazing and never in a hurry so it maybe takes longer than it would in other places, but she does it with care and love. Today when I went to leave, my Vespa would not start my battery was low l, and Alan who was at the counter by himself answering the phones and handing check in and check out could not have been sweeter and offered to give me a jumpstart if I could get cables. I went across the street to the Shell station bought cables for $13 and I was on my way home and he saved me $150 tow charge to Vespa Miami on South Beach. I'm already a loyal customer, but I will continue to be a loyal customer because they go above and beyond. read more

As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed, they take your temperature and send you to wash you hands. Everything is very clean and sanitized. I had my eyebrows waxed, came out great! My tech was super nice, but I feel so bad I forgot her name :(. THEN, I get to meet Dunia, my nail tech! She was amazing!!! Not only sweet and nice, but very good! She did a refill and gel polish. She gave a wonderful pedicure and got to have a fantastic chair massage. My experience was so great, I brought my husband in the next day to see Dunia also! Will definitely go back when in Miami! After having many negative encounters with the owners (and as many of the reviews show, I am not the only one) , I decided to give this place one more chance. This appointment was last minute as I was traveling the next couple of weeks and needed to have pedicure as soon as possible. Nail technician did not seal my gel pedicure. One foot is finished with the gel coating while the other one is completely Matte and unsealed. I did not notice this as she decided to massage my feet with oil after the service was "complete." Nail technician was leaning all over my wet polish without a care. Very sloppy work. After I got home and saw my pedicure in natural light it was discolored and top gel coat was not sealed and was still wet. I called to resolve, they wouldn't refund for the polish application after I told them I am traveling and could not come back. Now as a result I have to find another person while I am away on travel to fix the job they should have done correctly. Top coat was not sealed after application and now I have to different colored feet. Don't recommend this place, you will not get the service you paid for. read more

I saw Melissa and I can say I was most definitely satisfied with the work she did. The first four pictures are what I walked in with. I had got a fill and Mira and they completely botched my nails. There were black streaks in my nails, they were lumpy and chipped and one broke right after I walked out. With that being said the last two pictures are her work. She was incredibly nice and a great conversationalist. I've been getting my nails done consistently every two weeks for the past few years so you can assume I know my way around the block when it comes to acrylics. Hands down the best manicure i've ever gotten in my life. I've always been scared of gel nails being a full time bartender in NYC, everyone assured me it was a new type of gel that doesn't peel. Long story short i've had this french set for 5 and a 1/2 weeks now and not a single chip or fade. I've only lost 1 nail and only because i peeled it off due to a slight lift by the cuticle that was catching on my hair (which only lifted after week 4). I'm so glad i went to this salon on my vacation to Miami. I wish i could fly to miami every month just for a fresh gel set. As a bartender i've never had a set last more than 3 weeks maximum, and by that time im missing a few nails (re-glueing them on myself), chipped, and catching on my hair. i wish i could rate this salon 10 stars. The place is really clean and they have a lot of nails stations and also for pedicure station. They have a pedi massage chair so it is so nice to get a massage while you get your pedicure. They started their beverages service again after covid. You can get red or white wine, coffee or tea while you get your nails done. They have huge selections of nails color that you can choose from so you never get tired of picking the same color if you really want. Highly recommended to anyone who live by the area. PLEASE READ Go to Hialeah if you have to. Do your own nails if you have to. Go any where BUT HERE. I asked for GEL nail polish with simple design of squiggly lines on my hands. First of all the nail tech insulted me the whole time saying my nails are too short and the design looks weird on short nails but I wanted it so why did she care and she didn't even do the design right. They charged me about $122. For SIMPLE GEL. Going to any other spa is $60 for hands and feet. I've never paid this much for gel on my real nails. After a day my nails started to chip and I made an appointment to go in so they FIX it because GEL isn't supposed to chip. Period. That's why I get gel and I've never had an issue. I go in and I get a new nail tech and she completely does a horrible job not even using the same color the first nail technician used. I get charged again for their mistake $10 so now I'm being overcharged for these nails and they CHIP AGAIN. This salon is appointment only and don't take walk ins like other salons which is extremely difficult if you're busy like me. I made ANOTHER appointment for them to fix it and they said I wasn't supposed to be charged the $10 and gel for them to be fixed and they need to change their old base coat polishes. That's dirty in my opinion but okay. I found time to go in a couple days earlier than my appointment and the man at this front desk starts yelling at me asking for my appointment time. I asked him why is he yelling at me and he hung up on me and cancelled my appointment I had originally made. I called and asked why he cancelled it and he said because he wanted to. Disgusting people, horrible service and over charge the heck out of you. Not worth the stress. Literally anyone is better than these people. I went in to get the $10 they promised I wasn't supposed to be charged and they handed me cash. One star for following through on the refund. Patron since early 2015 after trying several area nail salons in Brickell and on Biscayne Blvd. Neo Nails was and has been the clear winner for on time, right priced, skillful technicians, warm towel and range of shade options. Three standouts for my being a devout repeat client: 1) Mani + Pedi service $49 excluding gratuity with Vinylux, a long wear nail polish that lasts longer with sun exposure, a plus in South Florida and given I prefer a more natural nail service. 2) Complimentary Cuban espresso, coffee, champagne or Limonita with service. 3) Rewards program to earn discounts. Over the years I have had to change technicians and have always been able to find someone else that does a satisfactory and gentle service given my post-surgical foot scars. For the last few years Mina has been consistently wonderful with not only service, a warm hug and always assisting to pick my color. I've come to this nail salon since I moved to Miami 18 months ago. The work is good in general however theres specific receptionists that have a horrible attitude. I brought a friend with me once and they charged her incorrectly. I had my card on file so they called me WITH ATTITUDE demanding I go back to settle the balance (they charged her regular instead of gel). I had them charge my card and moved on. I typically make my appointments online bc I don't want to risk calling and getting attitude over the phone while trying to book an appointment. This morning, my flight was delayed, I landed and immediately knew I wouldn't make my appointment so I called to see if I could push my appointment to later today. The receptionist who answered immediately gave me attitude lecturing me about calling 10 minutes before. I was calling fully aware that I might lose my deposit but still wanting to get my builder gel mani and volcano gel pedi done.... However she was so rude I'd frankly rather take my business elsewhere where I don't have to deal with the bad attitude from the receptionist. The team up front was very attentive at check in and the man who appeared to be managing the place seemed to be continually checking in on the guests to ensure everyone had a drink and was well taken care of.
