The fried beef momos were perfectly deep-fried to enclose generous amount of stuffing. The stuffing was a bit onion forward which was not my preference (I prefer meaty kick!) but it was seasoned perfectly. I also liked the accompanied sauces. There are two sauces (yellow and red) , both were well-rounded and delicious. Red one had fresh and fruity tomato flavour and I liked it a lot. The sauce is definitely a strength of this place. One thing that I want to emphasise (not only Momo Boyz but also all dumpling places) is the importance of careful transfer of food to container, when it comes to take-out order. As I was in a hurry between work-related meetings, I did take-out the following momos: I tried: - Steamed Chicken Momos - Pan-fried Beef Momos I liked Pan-fried beef momos as it had good amount of juice inside. Chicken steamed momos were a bit drier with less juice. The wrappers were beautifully sealing the filling, chewy and flavorful, perfectly cooked. The pan-fried one was gives the momo a nice extra crispy texture on the bottom. Just wished there was more fillings - momo felt a bit doughy for the amount of filling, especially the steamed chicken momos. I was impressed by the sauces that came with momo. Carefully prepared with multi-dimensional flavor & texture & spice profiles. Something that is not easily found in any other momo places. This place's side sauces are one of the most enjoyable things here. The service was pleasant, caring and homey - which is what I enjoy most in the Parkdale momo central.
