I went to Hey Noodles with my coworkers and it was a very solid ramen restaurant. Despite it being on the smaller side and having to wait about 30 minutes before being seated, once we ordered, everything came out pretty fast. I also found it a huge PLUS that they offer free noodle refills!!!! For the price you pay, the ramen is well worth it. But just remember, you may have to wait a bit before being seated.
I'm hooked! 10/10 can recommend!! This has been me and my friends' go-to spot lately for late night eats (they close around 3am). My favs here are definitely the (1) sesame dry noodles, (2) peanut butter dry noodles, (3) fried chicken, (4), chicken and noodles in the pork bone soup base, (5) chicken and rice (this also comes with a small soup), and (6) the tofu appetizers. I've also been lately loving the cold noodles during this hot summer weather - I would just add an egg or some chicken for some protein. I usually go for the sweet potato noodles for any of the noodle dishes (this costs an extra $1 but well worth it). They recently expanded their menu and added some new desserts, including ice cream! FYI - this place gets quite busy during dinner time and also late night around 11pm for the late night eaters. They also recently stopped taking reservations FYI.
I came by as a solo diner on a Saturday around 9pm. The place was so busy!! I was able to be seated right away but there was a long line forming soon after. You place your order by scanning the QR code on the table. I ordered the tomato and pork ribs egg noodle soup with mild spice and mild numbing. Loved the flavour of the soup and the chewiness of the noodles! The mild numbing was the perfect amount. Service was kind and fast. I paid roughly $17 after tip for my meal. I know they have certain add ons and discounts if you spend more then $20 though. Definitely will return to this spot and other locations. They are open till 3:30am, making it a great option for a late night meal.
Fantastic. Open late, ready in les than 15 minutes, absolutely delicious, and honestly, in 2025? I can't remember the last time $20 of take out delivered so completely. Just had the marinated pork belly with rice noodles and two marinated eggs (should have known one would be included, but wasn't thinking and ordered the add-on. No regrets). Came up to $22 after tax (including $1 fee to the online order app, so technically $21 for the meal). For what I just got? In this economy? Very impressed. The portion of pork belly alone is surprisingly generous (not to mention delicious), and the portion of noodles perfectly adequate. This isn't one of those big bowls of broth with some solid bits floating around in it. It's more like a bowl full of food, and then broth just fills in the empty spaces. I guess I'm just so used to getting ripped off at this point, I honestly forgot what it felt like to be taken care of. I will be coming back (probably later this week, lol).
Enjoyed a very delicious bowl of Szechuan beef brisket egg noodles here yesterday. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.. Would easily recommend to others
My new go to place for comfort food! Service is fast, portions are huge, and the price is fair. The place only has a few tables but people are in and out quick so the wait is not that bad when you're in line. If you can handle it, get the free noodle refill for more bang for your buck! I usually like to try new places but this place was so good I went back again days apart after my first time! I'll be back soon for more.
Busy place. Attentive service. Authentic taste. Reminded me of the Sichuan and South Central Mainland Chinese food, i.e. the abundant use of coriander and spicing. Portions were massive. My husband could barely finish his and I had leftovers! Their menu is "fairly" short but enough options for everyone.

Went on a Wednesday evening with my brother and sister. This place has some really good food! My sister loves their peanut butter dry noodles with crispy chicken and so do I. Definitely a must try. This place gets really busy during the night so to avoid the crowd I suggest going during evenings. Overall, service was good and dining area looks nice but kinda small. Also please note that they do only take cash or debit.

Chicken Cartilage ($10) So, I thought this was a chicken knees dish and it is - but it's not deep-fried like most dishes, it's stewed similar to other dishes from northern China. It's ok, but be prepared for that surprise! Dry Noodles with Scrambled Eggs and Tomato ($12) I would order this over and over again if I could: half a boiled egg on a a slightly-sweet tomato-sauced mix of tomato and egg on chewy noodles: YUM! And you also get a bowl of seaweed soup with egg whites - so you don't miss out on the soup action! Peach Yakult ($5) No idea what it really is, but for those of you who have drank Pocari Sweat from Japan...it's like a peach-flavoured version of that. === 3. SERVICE It worked out alright: there was one lady that spoke English but the language of the place would appear to be Mandarin - amongst the staff and all patrons except for us! You scan a QR code on the table to see the menu and order off of that web page. The speed of service was good. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's small-ish - there's tables for 2 or 4, but you could probably bring up to 8 folks here if there weren't a lot of patrons. Brightly lit, it's really meant for a relatively fast in and out dine-in experience. Baby strollers and wheelchairs could probably fit in here, but would need to stick to the sides of the restaurant. There is plenty of parking in the shopping complex lot outside.
Hey! Check out hey noodles for a delicious meal. They're opened till 4am!! We ordered a spicy dry noodle with pork, and a spicy soup noodle with beef brisket. On the side we got popcorn chicken. The portions were generous in size and you can choose your spice and numbness level when ordering. You can get extra noodle refill for free! The popcorn chicken was crispy but not as big of a crunch as other popcorn chickens I have tried. Service was pretty quick considering how busy it was at night time! The overall restaurant is small but definitely packs a punch. Pay with cash for a free can of pop

Small restaurant but quite a quick turnover. We got seated relatively quickly. I personally really love their nutritious lamb soup with sweet potato noodles. You can choose the level of spiciness and numbing to your liking. Unlimited noodle refill is a definite yes! Flavour is great, portion is quite generous, service is as expected. The only thing is we find the price is relatively more expensive than a similar type of noodle joint. Otherwise great experience! We would recommend. read more
Who doesn't love finding somewhat hidden gem of a place? This location is unassumedly in a strip mall with a music store and pet care business and was such a delight to enjoy. The menu is pretty straight forward but so many options with Taiwanese and Chinese street food type options and fresh noodle and rice dishes. We tried the cuttlefish ball and sweet and sour cucumber salad eppetizers, the original noodle dish with sauce on the side, non vegetarian street noodle choice and the braised pork on rice dish that comes with optional seaweed soup on the side. Everything was tasty, but the seaweed soup was the least favourite for our table. Cuttlefish balls were crispy on the outside, juicy and bouncy on the inside with a sliight sweetness. The Cucumber salad used black vinegar as the base and were not too strong or punchy but provided a nice crisp relief with the other dishes. The egg noodles were just great. Firm and chewy and did I mentioned never ending?? If you need more noodles to gobble up whatever sauce or broth you order just ask! And a bowl will quickly appear at your table, included in your price. The flatter egg noodle was very light and the rounder egg pasta more chewy, both were delicious and held on to the sauces perfectly. The braised tea/soya egg were hard boiled and flavourful and this rice dish was very kid friendly too, a great way to introduce kiddos to the menu. Service was quick and friendly and well worth a detour to visit. read more
First review of 2026! New Year's Day lunch! The resto is really small, so I'm glad we came at a time when many tables were available. It filled up quickly after us. The ordering system is kind of confusing. You need to scan the QR code on your table, which right away, I hate when establishments do this. Once you scan the QR code, you order online. You don't pay but you need to put your order through here. They don't come to your table. It was confusing because my friend and I were only ordering for ourselves on our own phones, which made sense to us. However, because I put my order through first, it only accepted mine. We were waiting like 10 mins after my order came for my friend's order. Turns out hers didn't even go through! You need to order for the whole table on one phone. Anyways, she got her order 5 mins after adding onto my order. We both ordered Mild spice, mild numbing with egg noodles. This was just the right amount of spice for me. They actually give you a lot of noodles. I couldn't even finish it. They're super bouncy and have a great chewy texture. The beef brisket was tender and there was a lot of it. If you don't like fat or can't handle some fat, don't get this. But I like fat and this was delicious and flavourful. Taste like a classic Chinese beef brisket. I appreciated the cilantro. It gave it a different depth of flavour with each bite. The broth was perfect, especially on a cold winters day. Not sure I would return but it was an ok meal and a decent amount. read more

It's my third time coming to Hey Noodles. The best part about this restaurant is that their noodles are hand-made. They have big portions too and their service was quite fast. It would be nice if the servers were more attentive. We had to ask for cutleries a few times and they also brought another table's order to us. But I guess it's because they can get pretty busy and I can see why that is. The food was delicious and packed with flavour. It's a good place if you're looking for affordable food that won't disappoint. read more

Delicious, hearty bowl of noodles that incites nostalgia for my childhood Pork Belly Noodles: - good portion size - broth is flavourful - I got rice noodles but you can also choose egg noodles - lots of meat I also got the soy milk which was very refreshing and not too sweet. My nephew wanted to go to this place because he wanted to try the dry noodles with peanut sauce. I tagged along since it's been awhile since I've been to Hey noodles. We ordered and shared 2 dishes Dry egg noodles with minced pork with peanut butter sauce. Mild spice- 9/10. This was surprisingly delicious. We opted for mild spice. It was flavourful and a good kick. I wasn't expecting to like this dish but caught me by surprise bec I actually liked it and will order again Egg noodles soup with brisket and egg. This was good too 8/10. It's typical Taiwanese egg noodle soup that's especially good since it's raining outside. I would've love it more if it was hot. It was a bit lukewarm when served to us. The service was prompt and the serving is a good size. Tip: you get 10% off your bill or a free drink if paying cash. read more
Got some Chongqing Noodles as takeout on a chilly evening, because I anticipated this would be spicy lol. For ~$8 (which usually gets you an appetizer these days), it's a large portion of noodles, highly filling, and the spicy broth meant it took a bit of time for me to work through. The noodle was vegetarian, but the level of flavour in the broth quickly made me, a meat-lover, forget that fact. I really liked the peanuts and green onions which added a lot to the texture of the noodle, but I think it'd be nice to have a bit more texture, maybe by adding carrots or something similar. The portion size of the noodles itself was excellent for the price, and there was ample broth. Huge thumbs up for sending the noodles and the broth separately, so the noodles wouldn't get soggy. More on the flavour, it was super spicy - I picked mild, but was already panting halfway through the meal because I'm weak with spice, but there was a lot of depth in the spice and not just spice for spicy's sake, which is the case with some spicy noodles. I highly recommend, especially during the winter where something spicy really hits the spot. The value, flavour, and spice was all excellent. I'll swing by again and grab another bowl next time I'm in the mood to set myself internally on fire. read more
Love this salty and crispy chicken dry noodles. The crispy chicken and spicy and creamy sauce were such a perfect match. but the minced pork with peas in the hot and sour sweet potato noodles wasn't quite as satisfying . It was a bit too oily and tasted sour more than spicy. read more

Ive gone here a couple times before and after COVID. After COVID, they only serve water bottles and, you order on your phone or device. I must say they are a little inconsistent with their spice level, i always get like medium spice and low numbness but its different every time. Otherwise, the noodle dishes are pretty tasty. Ive had the lamb and beef brisket and both were pretty good and worth the $$. read more

I'm actually in love. This place was such a good deal AND the food is delicious. You can pay by cash or debit, but if you pay by cash you can get free refills on the noodles . Also if your meal is more than a certain amount with cash, you can get a free soft drink as well. Idk how I haven't heard of it earlier, it's actually a BANGER. Defs coming back again. This Mississauga location is the 6th location of Hey Noodles. The grand opening was on 2019-05-12. To celebrate, all 6 locations is offering their Xiaomian Chongqing Street Noodles for only $1.00 on May 12-14, 11am-10pm. Normally they are $6.99. You can have unlimited noodles (but not unlimited soup). Their noodles were great so I had to order an extra bowl of noodles. You can choose your spiciness level (I personally found their mild is spicy enough!). I tried medium and I was sweating buckets!! I've tried other dishes too such as: (1) Noodles for meat lovers, $19.99. Lots of variety of meats. (2) Noodle with beef brisket in Suancai pickle soup, $13.99. (3) Wonton soup, $6.99. (4) Appetizer: Popcorn chicken, $4.99. Comes with a delicious sauce. (5) Appetizer: Black fungus, $4.99. I didn't like this one. (6) Drink: Homemade plum juice, $1.99. (7) Drink: Soya milk, $1.99. Refreshingly well made. They accept cash or debit only, as with most Chinese restaurants these days. They have seating for 18-20 people, which is smaller than their downtown Toronto location. There is a buy 7 get 1 free loyalty card which is applicable to all of their locations. They have free WiFi. They also have washrooms and high chairs. read more
Went in with my mom. We ordered wanton and the noodle special with refills. The broth was good. Just fyi if anyone wants to eat this every day szechuan noodles are typically made with lard. So eat in moderation. The noodles came hot and the refills were made fresh and hot. There would be a 3min wait for refills to order I advance when your halfway through if you wont want to what-if they let you. I do want to highlight some concerns we witnessed. The staff were wiping tables with yellow rags, the same rags were used for wiping foot prints off the base of table and dirt carried in by customers on the floor. This location did not use separate mop for floor. The same rags would be rinsed by staff with no soap and the use of the rags were repeated from table to floor, from floor back to table top. We also witnessed in the kitchen prep area. There was a curtain over half the door entry to the kitchen. We witnessed a tofu dropped on the floor and the staff member left and returned with the same piece instead of discarding. I guess he rinsed it. This was going into readymade prep -no cooking. Over duration of my stay didnt see a kitchen mop over that floor 5 second rule!!!! When leaving the servers tried to give me someone else's bill. I noticed because our two orders were 6.99 each. Instead they tried to charge me someone's 10 and 13.99 meal. I guess they switched bill with someone else. So check your receipt. Seriously check your receipt!!! This location takes cash only. Came here with a friend for noodles, we got the Chongqing Minced Pork and Spicy Crispy Chicken noodles. I loved both dishes, the broth and seasoning are authentic chongqiong. The portions were great and the price was very reasonable. read more

Got the privilege to try this out through a special invite! I'll give it 4/5 as I am not really into noodles and it literally filled me up right away.You get the choice to create your own noodles which was fun!! The taste was a bit full of spice for me but the longer I sipped to eat I get carried away for more! This is the menu I got: House special marinated pork rib Chongqing egg noodles Regular broth No spice Green onion and sesame Chicken cartilage Homemade plum juice I would suggest the brisket that my brother ordered.Try their dessert,it's really a unique one,they have goji berries which I love ,although they also placed in raisins which I'm not a fan of..If you're into noodles then this is definitely a place to try! read more
I find Hey Noodles in Mississauga is now a place my husband and I frequent when we want some noodle soup. The restaurant it seats approximately 30 guests. My favorite noodle soup is the Tomato Beef Brisket Noodle Soup as it's full of flavour, the beef brisket seems to be cooked perfectly everytime. Came here during their anniversary celebration promo. Got to eat the chongqing noodles for $1. Their spicy soup is definitely spicy but no protein. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken on the side which paired nicely with the noodles. Overall not bad. Would come back again to try their other noodle options. Post-Covid. For dine in, customers must provide name and number for contact tracing and temperature check is also required. There are no more physical menus, everything is ordered via an app even during dine in. Water comes in a water bottle. 1 water bottle per customer, not sure if you can get more as I've never asked. Noodles come in plastic container and all utensils are plastic/ wooden chopsticks as well. Food still tastes great! read more
A brand new Chinese restaurant serving some delicious noodles! I came here during the early dinner period and there was a small line at the door before we left. Since the restaurant is really small with limited seating, it's best to come here early to grab a table. I ordered the Chongqing noodles and we also got the noodles with braised pork belly as well. Both were the same broth and noodles but with the difference of toppings. The broth was hot and spicy with full of flavour. The noodles on the other hand were cooked perfectly to al dente and soaked up the broth nicely. They have other noodle and rice dishes on the menu that we're planning on trying in the near future. Came here for the last day of the $1 noodle promotion where.. we ended up waiting for 2 hours LOL. S'ok tho cuz I was catching up with a friend up just came back from Japan. 2 hours for 2 people! Our dine in was about 50 mins. I ordered spicy and mild numbing which wasn't that spicy imo. I've had spicier noodles. I was able to feel some numbing but nothing too intense. The whole soup base itself was very flavourful and you had the options to put what toppings you wanted on it. I don't like cilantro so I said everything but that. We also ordered popcorn chicken and an egg on the side. I wasn't a fan of the egg. Tasted cold and I didn't like the yolk texture. Popcorn chicken was good but nothing special here. There are better places for chicken. I do wanna go back to try another noodle bowl- specially the sweet potato noodles. This place is CASH Only. I had a feeling so we weee screwed.
