I'm hooked! 10/10 can recommend!! This has been me and my friends' go-to spot lately for late night eats (they close around 3am). My favs here are definitely the (1) sesame dry noodles, (2) peanut butter dry noodles, (3) fried chicken, (4), chicken and noodles in the pork bone soup base, (5) chicken and rice (this also comes with a small soup), and (6) the tofu appetizers. I've also been lately loving the cold noodles during this hot summer weather - I would just add an egg or some chicken for some protein. I usually go for the sweet potato noodles for any of the noodle dishes (this costs an extra $1 but well worth it). They recently expanded their menu and added some new desserts, including ice cream! FYI - this place gets quite busy during dinner time and also late night around 11pm for the late night eaters. They also recently stopped taking reservations FYI.

I came by as a solo diner on a Saturday around 9pm. The place was so busy!! I was able to be seated right away but there was a long line forming soon after. You place your order by scanning the QR code on the table. I ordered the tomato and pork ribs egg noodle soup with mild spice and mild numbing. Loved the flavour of the soup and the chewiness of the noodles! The mild numbing was the perfect amount. Service was kind and fast. I paid roughly $17 after tip for my meal. I know they have certain add ons and discounts if you spend more then $20 though. Definitely will return to this spot and other locations. They are open till 3:30am, making it a great option for a late night meal.

"Make your own noodle"; with Marinated pork belly, rice noodles, no spice, and an extra marinated egg

Fantastic. Open late, ready in les than 15 minutes, absolutely delicious, and honestly, in 2025? I can't remember the last time $20 of take out delivered so completely. Just had the marinated pork belly with rice noodles and two marinated eggs (should have known one would be included, but wasn't thinking and ordered the add-on. No regrets). Came up to $22 after tax (including $1 fee to the online order app, so technically $21 for the meal). For what I just got? In this economy? Very impressed. The portion of pork belly alone is surprisingly generous (not to mention delicious), and the portion of noodles perfectly adequate. This isn't one of those big bowls of broth with some solid bits floating around in it. It's more like a bowl full of food, and then broth just fills in the empty spaces. I guess I'm just so used to getting ripped off at this point, I honestly forgot what it felt like to be taken care of. I will be coming back (probably later this week, lol).

Enjoyed a very delicious bowl of Szechuan beef brisket egg noodles here yesterday. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.. Would easily recommend to others

My new go to place for comfort food! Service is fast, portions are huge, and the price is fair. The place only has a few tables but people are in and out quick so the wait is not that bad when you're in line. If you can handle it, get the free noodle refill for more bang for your buck! I usually like to try new places but this place was so good I went back again days apart after my first time! I'll be back soon for more.

Spicy lamb soup with rice noodle. HUGE and plentiful pieces of lean lamb. HIGHLY recommended.

Busy place. Attentive service. Authentic taste. Reminded me of the Sichuan and South Central Mainland Chinese food, i.e. the abundant use of coriander and spicing. Portions were massive. My husband could barely finish his and I had leftovers! Their menu is "fairly" short but enough options for everyone.

hey noodles has become my late-night comfort spot, and i've got to share my experiences! the convenience factor is a huge plus - i've never had trouble finding parking, and somehow there's always a table waiting, even during the dinner rush. the space itself is welcoming with its bright, clean atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your bowl. while i appreciate that they're open late (which is honestly a lifesaver), there are a few things worth noting. the service can be a bit absent-minded - you might need to give them a gentle reminder about your order, and the wait times can stretch longer than expected. but here's a pro tip: they offer free noodle refills! and don't forget to ask about their special deals - you can score a free soda with a $20 cash purchase or a dessert when spending $40 in cash. sometimes i forget to ask too. a heads-up for my muslim friends - some of their broths are pork-based, so it's worth checking their website/app through the QR code or asking the staff about non-pork options. they do have non-pork/veg alternatives available. payment-wise, they only accept cash or debit, so come prepared. as for the food itself, while the meat quality could be more impressive (i'd rate it a 7/10 for the price point), and the portions aren't enormous, there's something comforting about their bowls - though i do wish they'd be more generous with the broth! the seating arrangement can be a bit quirky, with some tables awkwardly placed right by the cashier area. despite these small quirks, it's their late hours that keep me coming back. there's something special about having access to a warm bowl of noodles when those late-night cravings hit. while it may not be perfect, hey noodles has carved out its own little niche in my regular restaurant rotation.

ahhh, I could wax poetry for days about how I feel about Hey Noodle - there was a period where I was going every 2 days. Amazing value, tasty food, I get different noodles every time and every main dish is a BANGER. It's really busy no matter what I go, but people are in and out pretty quickly, I've personally never waited for than 10 minutes to get a table. You get free refills on the noodles, which I rarely do because the portion sizes are huge. Apps are a little more hit or miss, but still yummy!! The dry and soup noodles are all good, and lots of different options and the ability to customize (spicy levels, toppings, types of meats, types of noodles, etc.). AND IT'S SO CHEAP!! OPEN SUPER LATE (4AM)!! CASH DISCOUNT!! I love hey noodle.

Food was good. Also ate the chicken karrage appetizers and it was really good. Service is nice and you order on the app. Place is nice a roomy.

Went on a Wednesday evening with my brother and sister. This place has some really good food! My sister loves their peanut butter dry noodles with crispy chicken and so do I. Definitely a must try. This place gets really busy during the night so to avoid the crowd I suggest going during evenings. Overall, service was good and dining area looks nice but kinda small. Also please note that they do only take cash or debit.

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Looking for (Northern?) Chinese noodles any time of day? This could be the place for you - good food, decent service, and a fast environment await here! === 2. FOOD The style of cuisine appears to be from northern China perhaps? Chicken Cartilage ($10) So, I thought this was a chicken knees dish and it is - but it's not deep-fried like most dishes, it's stewed similar to other dishes from northern China. It's ok, but be prepared for that surprise! Dry Noodles with Scrambled Eggs and Tomato ($12) I would order this over and over again if I could: half a boiled egg on a a slightly-sweet tomato-sauced mix of tomato and egg on chewy noodles: YUM! And you also get a bowl of seaweed soup with egg whites - so you don't miss out on the soup action! Peach Yakult ($5) No idea what it really is, but for those of you who have drank Pocari Sweat from Japan...it's like a peach-flavoured version of that. === 3. SERVICE It worked out alright: there was one lady that spoke English but the language of the place would appear to be Mandarin - amongst the staff and all patrons except for us! You scan a QR code on the table to see the menu and order off of that web page. The speed of service was good. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's small-ish - there's tables for 2 or 4, but you could probably bring up to 8 folks here if there weren't a lot of patrons. Brightly lit, it's really meant for a relatively fast in and out dine-in experience. Baby strollers and wheelchairs could probably fit in here, but would need to stick to the sides of the restaurant. There is plenty of parking in the shopping complex lot outside.

Hey! Check out hey noodles for a delicious meal. They're opened till 4am!! We ordered a spicy dry noodle with pork, and a spicy soup noodle with beef brisket. On the side we got popcorn chicken. The portions were generous in size and you can choose your spice and numbness level when ordering. You can get extra noodle refill for free! The popcorn chicken was crispy but not as big of a crunch as other popcorn chickens I have tried. Service was pretty quick considering how busy it was at night time! The overall restaurant is small but definitely packs a punch. Pay with cash for a free can of pop

It's my third time coming to Hey Noodles. The best part about this restaurant is that their noodles are hand-made. They have big portions too and their service was quite fast. It would be nice if the servers were more attentive. We had to ask for cutleries a few times and they also brought another table's order to us. But I guess it's because they can get pretty busy and I can see why that is. The food was delicious and packed with flavour. It's a good place if you're looking for affordable food that won't disappoint.

They were quite busy with takeout orders which I took as a good sign. We ordered the Beef Sirloin Noodles level spicy and numb(4/5), Breaded Shrimp (5/5) Seafood Fried Rice (4/5) and Lamb Skewers (4/5). Beef Sirloin Noodles were delicious. The broth itself was not overly salty compared to other places we've been to. I enjoyed the addition of peanuts to this dish for that extra crunchy texture and nutty taste. The noodles were cooked perfectly. They were bouncy and chewy. The beef itself was good. Some were a tad bit chewy. I wish there was more bok choy. We'd also opt for extra spicy and extra numb next time. Breaded Shrimp was enjoyable. You can't go wrong with this dish. It was crispy, and the batter to shrimp ratio was decent. Seafood Fried Rice was good as well. Again, we liked how it wasn't overly salty. We were able to sense the taste of the seafood. I wish they added more scallops since we only got two pieces in the whole dish. Lamb Skewers were satisfying flavour-wise. We really liked the seasoning on them. It was on the chewier side but it was manageable. We'd like to try their other skewer options next time. Overall, such a good spot for affordable and delicious food. I'm glad my family recommended this place. I'd like to point out that a customer was being problematically entitled and rude yet the female server stayed professional. I thought she handled the situation quite calmly which I wanna commend her for. P.S. The restaurant has a sign on their door saying not to bring pets inside.
