He had the new parts the next day, he pulled out the old parts, took them back to his shop, and came back in the afternoon for the repair. Terrific service! Exchanged texts and phone calls - informed they would would contact when they arrived. I was on site, back of the house, they didn't call, or text, just knocked once and left, no voicemail, no note. When I reached out to find what happened, they admitted they were hours late, and didn't leave VM, or text - but weren't concerned, nor made any effort to rectify it. I said I was frustrated that I spent my day, and they didn't honor the appointment, they said to find someone else, they weren't interested. Also - they list with Space-Pak as factory / registered service, but that they DO NOT service any existing installs, would only install new complete systems. If you are looking for consistency, follow through or service, I'd suggest elsewhere.
