I called Mountain View, and they put us on the schedule for that afternoon. They arrived in the late afternoon and diagnosed a control box that had failed. They replaced that which got the pump going again, but we still had no water. They returned this morning to pull our pump and found a corroded coupler between the pump and the pipe. They had it replaced with a couple of hours and we're back in business. Super friendly and efficient. I completely recommend.
