They ghosted us again - my husband had to call on a different line to finally get an answer. They then proceeded to say we actually needed to hire an electrician to get the job done. We finally hired another HVAC company that came Immediately and resolved our issue. We are out thousands because of them. We asked for at least a partial refund but again have not heard back. Totally unacceptable and advise anyone considering them not to proceed. And to make matters worse - they left it a complete mess. Dirty hand prints everywhere, etc.

The invoice they provided me was not itemized and transparent. When I spoke with the manager there, Micah, I was told that they don't offer itemized receipts. After explaining the scrub head sucking, toilet situation and for asking to add a tank rebuild to the estimate/project, they got to work. It didn't take too long before they came back with a price that was fair, to do the work. Rooter Tech, was the third plumbing contractor we got an estimate from and it was worth it to hold out for the right people.
