They did a few jobs at my home and then out of the blue when the technicians made a mistake and broke my drain they had to cut into the drywall to repair the leak. They promised to have a drywall tech come in and repair the hole and the water damage. I attempted to contact them for over 6 months and got no reply. What a terrible experience. I still have a hole in my garage ceiling and no answer as to why a company that I was paying a monthly fee to decided I was not worth talking to. Ghosted and ignored and just baffled at this treatment. I do not recommend. read more

I was initially was very happy with the service received from this company. They came in, fixed my sewage line and some other necessities. Pros: They were fast and efficient, available to answer any question I had. I was on a serious time crunch with guests coming the following week and they were able to accommodate the time schedule and complete the job prior to them arriving. The crews were friendly, the lead Alex always had a smile on his face and explained all the steps that he would be doing for my home. So far, there have been no issues and I am confident in the work that they did, that even fixed what someone did prior. Cons: The overall cleanup after the dry wall phase was not well done. Particles of dry wall etc. (hurts to walk over) were left all over my bedroom floor and carpet. My garage, which was the staging area for the dry wall, now has splotches all over and mud that is difficult to remove. My access to my water shut off valve was left open, it was put back weeks later but I am unsure if they did that or someone else. I also have been calling to follow up on a few things we discussed but unfortunately have not gotten a response back. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Initial conversation with Christina was a vibe! She was pleasant and not pushy, and explained extra info that other competitors did not to include price comparison/match, etc. Then Devin shows up and he was awesome! I did push for someone to find the source of the leak which was recommended by another plumber who came on scene. However, that plumber only suggested but would not do the work to find the source because I was still seeking for different quote. Simply, he would find the source of the problem only if I choose him. Not knowing if I was going to choose Atlas or not and with my urging as I was getting frustrated with everyone wanting to replace my water heater and not looking into the real problem, Devin cut into the dry wall and turn the water back on and found the leak in the pipe line inside the wall. The way he carried himself by not being pushy and not being creepy plus the extra work he did without knowing if I was gonna go with him or not, helped me decide to choose him. He left to get supplies and got into work right away, crawling into the wet crawl space to find another leak then immediately tackled the leakage areas. I got the job done well and quickly. You know the man is a hardworking plumber and is legit when the plumber crack is out LOL!!! Devin was truly the BEST!!! He surprised me at the end with military/LE discount. Our home needed a repipeing due to a broken water pipe. My water bill went from $66 to $276 within months.  I received over 10 walk through estimates and decided to go with Kristopher and his team at "Atlas Home Services".  By the way, they naied down right where my broken pipe was upon initial walk through. It was beneath my basements "slab" as they crawled around on all fours. The broken hot water pipes heat radiated up. No other team was able to find the leak upon initial walk through. This saved me over $600 to $900 from having a "water leak" detection service come out. This along with their decent price was my deciding factor. They gave me honest opinions and recommendations from the start and a killer price. And, no price overruns. If I could only warn you of the price gouging that goes on with some of your well known "plumbing" names in Seattle. I had estimates from $12,500 to $33,000 for the same job. If you see a plumber advertised on TV, expect their prices to be doubled (sometimes tripled). Plus, IF ANY COMPANY ASKS FOR A FEE JUST TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOME, HANG UP ON THEM. They usually spring this fee on you at the very end their call wasting your time. As if it was nothing, "we will deduct the fee from the final costs". Note, I had ten estimates without a fee (most were pretty cool guys). Plus, out of the few days it took to complete the job, I was only without water for a few hours on the final day. Other plumbers told me I'd be without water for a few days. Nightly Khristopher gave me a run down of what was done that day, along with the plans to complete the work.  Note, I don't know squat about plumbing, but the job included removing the old galvanized piping and installing all-new "Pex" hot and cold water piping. This from the outdoor water source to all existing faucets and fixtures. They also installed of new hot water tank, shower and faucet fixtures and 3 new toilets. They did their own minor slab concrete repairs due to the job (some companies don't do this). It's very stressful when you have a job this big and this important (water supply). I was shocked at  the amount of work that needed to be done. Yet the owner, "Andy" even stopped by on a Saturday to check in with a concern I had.  And that's where Andy's and Kristophers stellar communication came in. They assured me of their work, and we spoke, texted, and called from start to finish. They even followed up after the job was completed. While I probably won't need, I believe there's a lifetime guarantee on their work. Little things, their team arrived on time daily and brought all their equipment. This included LOTS and LOTS of plastic to cover the floors and living areas. Most importantly, they CLEANED UP after themselves.  They was super respectful of our home and did a stellar job cutting out small holes in my walls as needed. They even did little jobs not included with the initial repair estimate ,(like a sewer repair in my laundry room).  From proper prepping, keeping the house clean, keeping me in the loop as the job progressed, to the end result, I couldn't be more pleased. I felt like the Atlas team put the same level of care into this project they would put into their own home. Finally, they did such a great job that even my drywall team was impressed. read more

Had this company out to update the shower handles to both of my showers as they both were too hard to move. Reason for changing when I did was I just had open heart surgery and didn't have the strength to turn it on. So they changed them out for me. Here are my issues with the service. 1. The two guys sent out knocked on the door and my cousin (from out of state) answered ( i had the surgery one week before they came out). They never once looked at me. Started talking to my cousin. Never introduced themselves to me. Had their back to me the entire time. They asked him to show them where the bathroom was. He did. I finally got up to go into the back to see what was going on. There were talking about doing something other that was agreed on between me and the company. Also said they don't do dry wall. So after they finished fixing the shower handles I would have to hire someone to fix the dry wall.. Huh? So they finally called the company back and found out what WE had agreed on. And did the job as agreed. 2. When they were done and I went into the bathroom it was nasty with pine needles, dirt in the tub and floor. Those little booties they wear, they didn't take off when they went out side. Question? What company comes into someone's home and doesn't talk to the person that placed the order first? As I said they totally ignored me. I should have cancelled the order due to disrespect. Office staff was going to send me a itemized list BUT never did. I live in a rental and my landlord requested one for his records. BUT NOPE never got one. I would not trust or hire this company again. Score of 1-10 would have to be a 1.. I have used Atlas when my shower faucet was leaking back in December and found them extremely customer service oriented. So when I noticed that my toilet was leaking, I did not hesitate on who to call. I cannot say enough about Kyle and his knowledge and customer service. We booked Atlas for a tub faucet installation. They had sent me available times, and I chose 10:00 - 12:00. The day of the appointment, I received a text stating that they would let me know when they were 30 minutes away and to "try to go about my day as normal." I responded asking if the arrival time of 10:00 to 12:00 was inaccurate, and was told that they don't actually have set arrival times - you just have to wait around until they decide to show up. I said that if that was the case, I would have to reschedule for a different day, as I was unable to make myself available for the entire day. Atlas asked if the following day would work, and we rescheduled for the next day. I had to rearrange my schedule, knowing that they could theoretically show up at any time during the day. Well, around 2:30 in the afternoon on the day of the appointment, I get another text saying that their plumber would not be available after all, and asking to reschedule again. I said no, of course (fool me once, etc.). If you value your time, don't book with Atlas. read more
