He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.

While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). Either way, I am satisfied and my down time is kept to a minimum. I think that when people write reviews on yelp they should try and look at the big picture. If you go to most computer shops, their only goal is to sell you more stuff. These guys will actually fix your stuff and they don't judge you and say things like "why are you still using that? You need to upgrade". I think they do a fair job for a fair price and I have never gotten the impression that they were "out to screw me". I would give them 5 stars but their shop is kind of rundown. They could use a more professional storefront, but that is the only negative thing I can say. Keep up the good work guys!

When you leave a computer for repair, instead of saying he'll notify you when it's done like any…read moredecent repair business, he tells you to come back on a future day, and when you do the repair is not done and he gives you another day, and again it is not done, etc. as many as 4 times. The last time I brought in a computer that my monitor didn't work with and when he finally claimed it was done he also claimed he had done something to the USB ports and charged me for both. When I got home it turned out he didn't do anything about the monitor problem, and I don't believe he did anything to the USB ports, there was nothing wrong with them to begin with and I didn't authorize him to mess with them. It was a lie he made up to jack up the amount of his bill. In fact he didn't do anything at all with my computer but took my money. Unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest, worst repair shop I've ever used.

I have been in his store and watched as customers, neighbors, senior citizens, have come in with "locked up" laptops. They clicked on "something" and now have the blinking virus screen. He just smiles, opens up their computer and has miraculously fixed a few right in front of me. He knows their names. He makes them comfortable. They didn't need to call for an appointment 3 days from now. That's why he has been in business for so many years.
