Amazing customer service every time. I went into sample the new flavors and Emi at the counter was very kind and accommodating. We wanted to try the Ethiopian and Robusta Uganda pods but it was around 730p and I knew I wouldn't be able to sample without wasting the beverages... But Emi was kind enough to make both drinks and three of my friends and I sipped, enjoyed and sampled the new flavors. We ended up getting one of each, and can't wait to enjoy them tomorrow morning. The packaging of their new launch of the African copies are amazing and COLORFUL. The packaging is just as vibrant as the flavors of both of the coffees. I normally make coffee with my French Press but I recently converted to a Nespresso machine. The store is very well thought out, bright lights and the walls behind the registers have the colored coffee/espresso pods perfectly stacked to the ceiling. It feels very elegant and classy as soon as you enter. The fun part about ordering your coffee at this store and not online is being able to taste-test the coffee in their designated tasting area. Yes, it's more convenient to order online, but this store is an experience in itself and who doesn't love a free shot of espresso when they go pick up their coffee?! They offer a variety of different coffee from all over the world but more concentrated on European styles. The coffee aficionado will be completely immersed in all things coffee as there are many coffee makers and accessories for purchase. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help you choose what kind of coffee you'd enjoy. Even when the store is busy, the staff are great at getting customers in and out. This review is long overdue but I had the best customer service I've ever experienced when I went the day after Christmas to stock up on coffee. I was helped by Jordan and he made me feel so special by giving me such an education on the various coffee flavors. I am sure he was tired from such a busy Christmas shopping season but he never made me feel that way ever. My time with him that day was the highlight of any shopping trip I've had to Park Meadows. We went in for some expresso pods. Jeffery helped us and was super nice and informative as we had some questions. He even let us know that we can recycle our old machine that broke! I had no idea. He also was really great at explaining the taste and knew exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for. This is my 1st review on yelp so please bare with me. I recently received a machine for my birthday from my granddaughter. I was truly excited to use it but was slightly confused. So I went to the store in hopes someone would be able to explain things a little better to me. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when the gentleman (josh) answered all of my I'm sure annoying questions. Went into the store last week. The clerk told me my welcome kit would be shipped to my address. Called to check on status and learned it was shipped to the boutique. I don't live near the boutique. There's not a way to call the store to get this sorted out. Very unprofessional that I was told one thing and the clerk shipped my welcome kit to herself. I live on the north side of town. She was also not very nice and not very personable. She acted very snooty and like I was causing her inconvenience. The other two workers seem nice. Not sure why i was stuck with the rude person. Came in recently because I was at the mall with friends and had never heard about the store but my friends had and wanted to look in. Walked in and wasn't even greeted. There was two people behind the register both staring at the computer and one person in the back of the store with a customer. I don't know if they didn't see us at first or were trying not to but we just walked around ourselves. After a while an middle aged woman in glasses and a thick accent came over and asked if we needed help. I asked questions about the store and what it was because I had no idea. She didn't really explain much but then asked if I wanted a machine. She showed me some high-dollar machines and I still had little idea what it was. She asked me if I wanted to try something but I said no because honestly it wasn't even worth trying to pull answers out of her it really just seemed like she was trying to sell. Maybe she works on commission but I don't know. There was a guy behind the register with a beard who looked like he was going out of his way to help customers. It seems like he would just walk in the opposite direction of where customers were going. As more customers walked in the store got busier but there was still only 3 workers. It ended up becoming a busy Friday and my friends were still looking but after about 20 minutes of being in the store with it being busy a blonde lady came out from the back, did something and went back into the back room. I thought she was coming out to help since it was pretty busy but I guess not. The store seemed short staffed and hectic. Wasn't a great introduction to the company, especially since the most I got out of my experience was that they sell coffee I think. read more

My wife bought me a machine and a 120 pod sampler. I love this machine. I have been in love with this machine since I walked into a Ritz Carlton room in Denver and they had one with 6 pods. I drank all 6 and was wired. My wife wanted to order me a machine online but I kept telling her no. But a few weeks ago we were shopping at the mall and saw the store. What my wife saw was my eyes glaze over. We went in and there was a great sale. And bam, she bought it for me. I don't use this machine every day - can't afford it. Weekend and special occasions only. I do drink a triple espresso every morning with my 16 Bar Krups machine I bought in 2006. I am giving this business 3 stars because two women employees were quite nice and the store is lovely, although getting a sample is a bit confusing. Unfortunately, my visit was made very unpleasant by the pompous guy behind the counter who rudely chastised me for breaching protocol by walking up to the counter to look at a brochure while he was helping another customer. I wasn't interupting them and hadn't said a word but apparently I was supposed to wait behind some poorly marked barricade until called upon. Tis with a hearty and heavy sigh that I hath sent forth my messenger with this communication of disappointment in my grog procurement at the Kingdom Of The Nespresso. I hath entered the kingdom grounds roughly 30 minutes before nightfall and the ceasing of commerce operations only to be immediately greeted by the grogmaster, who I must say appeared to be swathed in the most exquisite of Venetian silks. Hath thou any questions? he first asked and when I informed him that I had travelled many miles to this establishment to procure some fine bean grog and I hath hoped to procure a variety sachel of their worldly blends, I was informed that the grog is only available in a pouch of ten. This knight makes an acceptable wage working for the king and so that was not a problem but when the grormaster asked "It is getting late so you don't want to sample anything do you?" it was rather off putting, disappointing, and to be frank unnecessarily rude and pretentious. Really what the grogmaster was saying was "I don't want to serve you" which was is quite the affront to my kingdom. In addition the grog master offered no assistance in the choosing of the many grogs and instead slid me a fairly soiled and grog stained menu with a look of contempt furled upon his brow. The whole attitude of the store reminded me of my travels to the icy northern realm to make peace with the Undead Ice Warriors of Kangaroth and left me asking why doth this Kingdom Of The Nespresso have a grogmaster if thy aren't willing to serve the patrons of other realms? So I used to drink the big name restaurant coffee every day. I'd wait in a 15 minute long line to get my caffeine for the morning or stick with my bland coffee pot . A few years ago a friend gave me a Nespresso machine to try saying it would save me money . It's been almost 4 years now and I have never looked back. The machines are not cheap but the average pod is comparable to other pods and the bonus is they are completely recyclable . The machines all come with warranties included , their customer service on the phone is amazing and the in store staff are knowledgeable and friendly . Nespresso has a robust recycling system and it's free of charge . They even prepare you coffee in store so you know what you're buying . The coffee is amazing ! Many flavors all fresh and always consistent . Skip the drive through!! I now have a Nespresso in my home and office and everyone in my office has gotten one for home. Poor customer service. They provide no way to contact the store directly! The number given through the Nespresso website, Google and Apple Maps is the Nespresso 800 call center in the Caribbean. I live over 20 miles away and Nespresso provides no way of being informed of their Park Meqdows Boutique inventory and promotions, prior to making the nearly 50 mile round trip commute, for me. The call center employee admitted that Nespresso Boutique stores have inventory that Nespresso doesn't have through their App and website and even the call center said they have no way of reaching the store or conveying inventory and options. The store's also have routine, advantageous discounts and promotions, that the Nespresso Call Center, App and website doesn't have, yet no way for a customer to know, without a potentially long drive to a very busy mall. it's nearly 2023 and it's inconceivable that Nespresso and the Nespresso Boutique in Colorado at the Park Meadows Mall, provides no way of speaking with a store representative about coffee, and equipment inventory and promotions, without a potentially difficult direct visit to the very busy Mall. read more

This was my first time going into a nepresso store. I thought since I was at L.L. Bean I may as well bring my recycled pods into the store. Let me just say that Courtney is an amazing associate! I have a nepresso machine that I absolutely love. I always wondered why anyone would want the larger pod machine. After sampling the delicious taste and seeing how sexy and modern the design was I thought I would ask some key questions. This young lady was very knowledgeable about her product and she has convinced me that I need to purchase this machine. Nepresso needs more associates like Courtney who know their products and can recommend the right taste experience for their customers. Not only was she knowledgeable but she has a kind spirit and friendly demeanor. We should all be so lucky as to have people like her working for all the companies we patronize. Waited in line to get assistance and in the midst of asserting a question, the employee, Blair, stops mid sentence to address someone else and continued to offer and make the lady a drink while I sat the confused and pretty embarrassed. Mr. Jordan is very professional and kind person. He helped me a lot with my return. Which was my 2nd time. He was the only one person who really helped me and described everything with details. I had a problem with a coffee machine. I bought it and it got some problem after couple months after usage. Then I went to the store to exchange it and one of the other workers told me that I will need to wait till they will have it in stock, I was fine with it. Finally, I ordered "brand new" machine online. When I opened it, water was in there. That surprised me because why there should be water if it supposed to be brand new. Ok.... no big deal. After not even a month of usage the 2nd machine it got some problems again. I went back to the store and tried to see what they will tell me at this time. But thanks God, Jordan was there. That person did exchange machine and gave me a new one. Also he told me to download the Nespresso app and update the machine which might be the reason of those problems all the time.
