I was excited when I heard Onefold opened down south as I enjoy their Denver location. I was even more excited when I saw they have a morning HH menu. I immediately ordered their bfast burrito to pick up in the morning with salsa. It was the perfect temperature of hot when I took my first bite. It has egg, duck fat fried potatoes and mozzarella. The potatoes were a little salty, but otherwise I loved the green chili that I added to every bite. I will definitely be ordering this again. This is in a very unassuming location,but has ample parking . It's located on the first floor and the decor is modern and simple. The bacon fried rice is to die for but everything else we have tribe has been absolutely delicious, too. Love the breakfast happy hour fried rice special when I'm traveling alone and a little extra chili crunch only makes the experience more magical! What a pleasant surprise! Onefold, a new breakfast spot recommended by a friend, had amazing food. Walking in and finding out that you ordered first and then sat down was a little strange--we kept wondering why they operated this way--but otherwise the place was great. The staff was friendly, if a little slow to check on our table once we got our food, but everyone had a smile, and that's worth more than waiting a few extra minutes for a glass of water. The food was great, though they really focus on duck fat, which made the breakfast burrito a little unusual. Don't get me wrong--the burrito was delicious. I didn't order it myself; instead, I had the breakfast nachos they called chilaquiles. These were just okay, mostly because they were hard to eat. You wanted to use your hands, but the chips were both soggy and hard at the same time, so you had to use a fork. Still, they were tasty and the side of duck fat fried potatoes complicated them. I knew I liked Onefold from their downtown location. The Asian inspired fusion breakfast is unique and awesome. This is between a sit down and a casual restaurant - you order at the bar and they bring food to you. Hit it right during happy hour (7 to 9am Monday to Friday) so we got 1/2 price breakfast burrito. Amazing with duck fat fries inside. I got the bacon fried rice (also happy hour) topped with the most perfect over easy egg I've ever had. The ambiance of the place is stellar - like you stepped into trendy SOHO not Greenwood Village. I'm not sure I'd recommend for vegetarian friends. Everything seems fried in duck fat or some other meaty goodness. For the rest of us, we now have a place where you can get Chinese congee for breakfast or an amazing burrito. read more

Wow! This cafe is so pretty and I love the aesthetic. When I called to inquire about the wait time, the lady said it was open seating so I wasn't sure what to expect. This is probably going to be my go to brunch/breakfast spot in Greenwood village. This is a new location, and if you've been to Onefold in downtown, you know that this is one of THE places to have brunch in Denver. Their menu is outstanding and the beverage options that they have are very unique and interesting. I came here with a few friends and a baby, and we were able to find a spot on Saturday morning. I got the breakfast burrito, smothered in green chilli, and this probably has to be one of my favourite breakfast burritos in the Denver area. My husband got the Chinese chicken sausage fried rice, which was so good. I also got the lavender latte which was a bit sweet, but good, nevertheless, my husband got the Chaggachino, which was so interesting. I made a second order of the Chaggachino with oat milk. My friends also got the quesadilla which was nice, the frittata, which was really good and and a few more breakfast burritos. The one unique thing that I tried here is OJ with matcha, which I never knew was such a fantastic combination. We also ended up getting a few mimosas, which were freshly squeezed. I cannot emphasise enough of what a great experience we had here and I highly recommend you check this place out. The indoors are so clean and spacious. I got it smothered with bacon inside, and I feel like most of the time you go to brunch places and the portions are small, but this burrito was a really good size, flavor was on point. It was our first visit here, and we excitedly ordered our food and a carafe of mimosas. It had the feel of a deli counter restaurant and the frittatas we ordered were quite uneventful; it didn't look like there were four eggs used as the menu stated (small & bland), they were watered down. The menu also specifically states an entire 750 ml bottle of sparkling wine is used for the mimosa carafe.There is no way, based on the size of the carafe, that that could have been a bottle's worth of sparkling wine. It wasn't big enough to fit that and orange juice, so we were ripped off on that end. We were both exceptionally disappointed in this first visit definitely will not be back. Has been open since July but hadn't heard or seen it until last weekend when we went to Parry's Pizza to watch the Broncos beat the Chiefs. So, before our Sunday shopping day at Kings, we decided to grab something to eat. Didn't know what to expect when we walked in and ordered at the counter but we were impressed. The service was wonderful, staff brought refills of water and coffee, offered a to-go box without asking and the food came out quickly. The bathrooms are super cute, music was great and staff super friendly. The food-AMAZING! My husband's sausage sandwich was perfect, on a yummy toasted bun with lots of sausage. The potatoes were delicious, complemented with Cholula (or Tabasco but he prefers Cholula). My fried rice was a large portion and I added duck. The chili sauce on the eggs added to the wonderful mix of flavors. The croissant was toasted and super yummy. Onefold is a elevated fast casual restaurant with a delicious brunch/lunch menu and great service. I went during happy hour, early morning on the weekdays, and had a delicious breakfast burrito. It comes with your choice of protein and it's just a slight bit smaller than regular burrito but half the price it was plenty big and very good. I also was really impressed that they had not only iced coffee but a special Japanese iced coffee. My son had the wave of rancheros and those were delicious as well. The orange juice there is as fresh as you can get, you can see the orange is that they squeeze right in front of you on their counter. I really love the atmosphere, it was a lot different than other fast, casual places. This felt more fancy and they even had touches like fresh flowers on the tables. The space is beautiful. Marble, brick, jazz music, and a polished aesthetic that clearly aims for a high-end experience. Unfortunately, the service completely undermines it. There is no table service. You order at the counter, sit down, and your food and drink are dropped off. After that, no one checks in. If you want another drink, dessert, or anything else, you're left second guessing whether you should get up, flag someone down, or just leave. That was my experience around 8:00am on a Friday, and it appeared to be the same for everyone else there. A lack of service kills impulse ordering. I would have ordered another coffee, a cocktail, or dessert, but without a server, you're pulled out of the moment and into logistics. That hesitation absolutely hurts cash flow and repeat business. The food itself was okay, but mediocre and unmemorable. Nothing that made me want to come back specifically for the food. In the service industry, the order of importance is service first, food second, environment third. This place puts most of its energy into aesthetics and misses what actually drives a great experience. SERVICE. That also brings up the tipping question. If I'm ordering at the counter, not being checked on, and unsure whether I'm supposed to bus my own table, what exactly am I tipping for? Service should be clear and present if a tip is expected. Pricing is another issue. The website advertises lower prices than what I paid in person. Online prices should match in-store pricing, period. read more

I am trying to check myself on being hyperbolic, even so, this was the best smothered breakfast burrito I have ever had. The bacon was perfectly sized: tiny, crispy cubed lardons. Everything was made fresh and the homemade tortilla was a standout aspect of the order. 5 star food. The staff was amazingly attentive, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They brought out there three beautiful house hot sauces and they were flavorful and gorgeous. Hospitality gets 5 stars. It was lovely inside- clean, vibrant, inviting.
