The Hawaiian motif found around the place is just about as Hawaiian as it gets. The general vibe of this shopping strip is already laid back so that's how it felt even inside. The interior is inviting with a couple prints from Hawaii. One picture reminded me of Kailua while another one is a picture of a lifeguard station. I ordered an iced MacNut Latte. It was definitely tasty and made to order. I also ordered a chupacabra Bonfire burrito. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back soon enough. We were meeting friends that day and I didn't take any pictures. I'll be back soon enough!

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

A coworker and I met here right down the street from one of our offices. We were actually looking for a Starbucks at SouthGlenn and found a Huck instead. Score! I'm writing this because of Tyler. From the second we walked in, the energy was awesome. So welcoming and friendly! They walked us through one of the specials in the kindest, most charming way. Patient, just that person behind the counter who somehow makes your morning better and you're not even sure how. That was Tyler! The coffee was obviously super great as always! I'm super basic so I had an americano and it was perfect. The burritos are elite. Griddled so the outside is crisp! They have multiple salsa options, and one of them is decently hot! I like spicy and was not expecting real heat from a coffee shop salsa. I love it here. :)

I did not taste any of their food items and can't comment on that. Inside you can see the roasting space, which for the coffee enthusiast might be enjoyable to explore. The service was ok. I did have to wait, but they were busy so I could understand. I think it's a great place to meet up for a date or catch up with a friend. I truly enjoyed my visit here.

What an awesome find!…read more I grew up in Aurora and it's great to see places like Jubilee Roasting making the neighborhood so much better! Parking on Kenton Street where Jubilee tough to find. The entire block was full o' cars. I block over or a street down you'll find plenty of parking but the neibhborhood is a little sketchy so be mindful of where you park. Colfax might be a better choice. I parked on Colfax but nobody else did, so I hope it was OK. I didn't get a ticket and I didn't see any parking restrictions. I't s busy street though. OK. Sorry about the parking thing. I live in LA so parking is always something I keep in mind because parking is such a hassle there. Anyway, Jubilee is awesome! There's tons of seating, so you can likely easily meet someone there without having to worry if you'll find seating. The place has a great vibe and the staff adds a lot to the super cool vibe. The prices are reasonable and it's a great place to hang out. My friend had a vanilla latte' Great presentation. She loved it. I had the house herbal iced tea. Forgot what it was called, but it was terrific!! If you're looking for a place to have coffee besides one of the big chains, Jubilee Roasting is the way to go!!

You can even get CBD-infused beans here (if you're so inclined). Service is always prompt and friendly and I feel value is good for what I am buying ($16 for a 12oz whole bean bag). They do offer a loyalty program where you earn points for purchases and can use those points for swag/gift card. I believe it is 1000 points earned to get a $100 GC. There is a seating area out front on a small deck if you want to sit and enjoy their complimentary coffee (offerings vary per day). Parking can be difficult (street or find a spot in a local lot).
